Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle BD or sales experience in healthcare, health tech, or a related industry
  • You've sold into health systems, clinics, or provider organizations and understand care management workflows
  • You are a strong relationship builder who can earn trust with Director+ leaders
  • You can own a pipeline end-to-end — prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing
  • You are strategic and scrappy — you think long-term about accounts but aren't afraid to pick up the phone
