• Acquire COF and TRR customers, conducting feasibility and profitability studies and analyses of investments in accordance with ALE's commercialization policy. • Continuously prospect the business environment, target market and sales situation, proposing action policies and identifying new business opportunities in line with Company guidelines. • Sell fuels, lubricants and other products that may be part of ALE's product mix, negotiating terms that meet customer needs and the Company's commercial strategies and criteria. • Offer solutions such as ALECAD, Linha Energy, FOB insurance, PCVM / comodato (loan-for-use) contracts, analyzing the most appropriate solution for the customer's need while ensuring a viable financial return for ALE. • Analyze customer profiles and verify their creditworthiness to ensure compliance with contractual specifications. • Carry out collection of debts from delinquent customers. • Participate in defining an appropriate credit limit for the customer, aiming for sales on credit and risk reduction. • Manage pricing and payment-term policy on a per-customer basis, targeting an optimal average margin to achieve the forecasted revenue. • Monitor the order fulfillment process for customers to ensure agreed deadlines and terms are met. • Visit customers to close new business, expand and consolidate relationships. • Develop a consultative relationship with consumer and retail customers, using detailed knowledge of best operational practices and sales tactics. • Identify and meet the needs of our end-consumer customers. • Build long-term relationships by engaging in dialogue with customers, getting to know them better, understanding their needs and striving to satisfy them to maintain customer loyalty to the company. • Advise and guide consumer customers on products and fuel- and environment-related legislation to achieve operational excellence. • Ensure the elimination/reduction of operational waste, including labor and other costs related to fueling operations. • Ensure the highest levels of consumer service. • Advise customers on maintaining the appearance of their facilities through cleaning/painting cycles or improvements following ALESAT standards. • Provide solid economic and financial guidance to customers to keep them in a healthy financial position, advising on operational cash needs and indicating the best balance between long- and short-term requirements. • Advise customers on recommended inventory levels for fuels and lubricants. • Carry out collections and receive amounts owed to the company, monitoring credit limits and resolving accounting discrepancies. Take measures to obtain required guarantees. • Plan efficient customer visit schedules in agreement with the area's Commercial Manager. • Control ALESAT-owned equipment installed at customer garages, advising customers to keep equipment in good working order and ensuring contracted contractors perform quality work. • Operate ALESAT vehicles and other company assets responsibly and safely. • Prepare market studies to ensure the economic viability of new business. • Complete customer registration forms when necessary and submit them to the credit department for system registration, obtaining required documents from the customer (copies: Articles of Association, Financial Statements, Guarantee Letter, IRRF, etc.).

Position Purpose: A Home Services Sales Consultant is responsible for selling the Company's exterior and interior products and services to customers. The Sales Consultant's primary responsibility is outside sales visits to customer homes and trade shows. Although sales efforts and incidental activities may take place at a customer's home or through virtual channels, a Sales Consultant will spend the majority of their working time traveling and away from a dedicated office environment.
