• Acquire COF and TRR customers, conducting feasibility and investment profitability studies and analyses in accordance with ALE's commercialization policy; • Continuously prospect the business environment, target market and sales status, proposing action policies and identifying new business opportunities in accordance with company guidelines; • Execute sales of fuels, lubricants and other products that compose ALE's product mix, negotiating terms that meet customer needs and the company's commercial strategies and criteria; • Offer solutions such as ALECAD, Linha Energy, FOB Insurance, PCVM/loan-for-use (comodato) contracts, analyzing the most appropriate solution for the customer's needs while ensuring viable financial returns for ALE; • Analyze customer profiles and verify their integrity to ensure compliance with contractual specifications; • Collect outstanding debts from delinquent customers; • Participate in defining appropriate credit limits for customers, aiming for installment sales and risk reduction; • Manage pricing and payment-term policies on a per-customer basis to achieve target average margins and forecasted revenue; • Monitor order fulfillment processes to ensure agreed deadlines and conditions are met; • Visit customers to close new deals and to expand and consolidate relationships; • Develop consultative relationships with consumer and retail customers, leveraging detailed knowledge of best operational practices and sales tactics; • Identify and address the needs of our end‑consumer customers; • Build long-term relationships by engaging in dialogue with customers, understanding their needs and seeking to satisfy them to maintain loyalty to the company; • Advise and guide consumer customers on products and on fuel-related and environmental legislation to achieve operational excellence; • Ensure elimination of operational waste, including labor and other costs related to fueling operations; • Ensure the highest levels of customer service; • Advise customers to maintain the best image for their facilities through cleaning/painting cycles or improvements in line with ALESAT standards; • Provide solid economic/financial guidance to customers to keep them in a healthy financial position, advising on working capital needs and indicating the best balance between long- and short-term requirements; • Advise customers on recommended inventory levels for fuels and lubricants; • Collect and receive amounts due to the company, monitor credit limits and resolve accounting discrepancies. Take measures to obtain required guarantees; • Design an efficient client visit plan in agreement with the area's Commercial Manager; • Manage equipment owned by ALESAT installed at customer garages. Advise customers to keep equipment in good working order and ensure contracted contractors perform quality work; • Operate ALE's vehicle and other company assets responsibly and safely; • Conduct market studies to ensure the economic viability of new business opportunities; • Prepare customer registration forms when necessary and submit them to the credit department for system registration, obtaining required documents from the customer (copies: Articles of Incorporation, financial statements, guarantee letters, withholding tax certificates (IRRF), etc.); • Enter pricing and payment-term conditions directly into SICOF when necessary; these will be submitted for approval or rejection according to approval limits established in the operational system (SICOF); • Prepare credit limit request forms when necessary, noting required guarantees and documents according to the requested amount, and request approval from the appropriate levels as per the credit department's internal circular; • Monitor objectives related to registration, FOB insurance, sales by product, margin, payment terms, etc.; • Record continuous improvements in your area/department.
