Description As the Solutions Lead for Data, Platform and AI (Payer), you will be responsible for managing the sales process to bring Verily’s Data & Technology solutions to existing and new Payer clients. This will include understanding customer needs, organization structure and buying patterns; developing deep and broad relationships within each account under your purview; collaborating with Verily Commercial and Customer Success teams to bring Verily breadth of solutions into your Life Science and MedTech clients; and holding responsibility for bookings and revenue generation. You will work cross functionally within each Verily Commercial Team and with Solutions Delivery and Implementation colleagues across Verily. This role will require you to be flexible and nimble and aggressively grow the business to help establish Verily as the premier solution for precision health. Candidates located in San Bruno, Boston or Dallas are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. Focus on transformational outcomes that make an impact for various stakeholders across the ecosystem. - Collaborate with Commercial colleagues across Verily in the strategic sales processes from lead generation to close, including presenting value propositions, identifying and addressing partner needs, negotiating business terms, and executing contracts. - Leverage deep knowledge of your client’s organizational structure to discover new business opportunities for Verily solutions. - Gather valuable feedback from customers and partners on pricing, market challenges, innovation and the competitive landscape. Hold ultimate responsibility for bookings and revenue generation for the accounts of your purview. - Collaborate across the Verily organization to achieve personal goals, team objectives and company milestones. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related field. Plus 15+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, strategy consulting or business development focused on Technology SaaS and care management operations. - Deep understanding of care management companies and health plan administrative technologies. - Experience selling complex solutions and driving significant revenue growth. - Highly consultative, hands on and collaborative. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,000 - $250,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
