The Account Executive will play a crucial role in acquiring, onboarding, and engaging independent and corporate veterinary practices. You will work closely with industry partner sales teams to drive lead conversions, manage sales funnels, and support practice onboarding. As we scale, you will contribute to enablement resources, CRM optimization, and customer onboarding processes to ensure seamless practice adoption. This role requires a motivated, goal-driven individual who is comfortable balancing sales relationship management in a fast-scaling environment Job Location: Remote - United States, with preference to East Coast. Main Responsibilities: - Support partner sales teams to drive practice acquisition, lead conversion, and onboarding. - Conduct product demos and drive deals by articulating value propositions and overcoming objections. - Oversee implementation and onboarding for new independent practices, ensuring smooth integration with minimal friction. - Support data integrations by coordinating with customers and the correct internal teams. - Support customer service, ensuring timely resolution, escalation, and follow-up. - Develop and iterate on customer engagement playbooks, automation strategies, and enablement resources. - Utilize CRM to track leads, sales pipeline progress, and customer engagement metrics. - Provide feedback on onboarding and engagement processes, helping to refine and automate future workflows Basic Qualifications: - Associate's degree or relevant work experience. - Minimum of 5 years of sales, account management experience, hospital management and/or relevant work experience - Veterinary hospital management experience, veterinary sales or customer success, and/or strong veterinary insurance industry knowledge - Sales-driven mindset with experience supporting lead generation and conversion. - Proven ability to manage onboarding and implementation at scale. - Strong organizational skills to track and coordinate high-volume customer interactions. - CRM and performance tracking experience. - Experience supporting, developing or refining sales/CS enablement resources and automation strategies. - Ability to manage customer service needs and proactively improve processes based on customer feedback - Up to 25% travel. - Must have valid driver’s license from state of residency. - Must have and maintain vehicle, Insurance on transportation used for travel. The range represents total compensation, and may include incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
