• Develop and execute the multi-year B2B sales strategy for software and microchipping in the shelter and veterinary industry. • Build and manage a robust pipeline and drive roadmap planning that accelerates revenue and market penetration across priority B2B categories. • Identify emerging opportunities in pet wellness, data products, digital media, and integrated partner solutions. • Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing B2B sales teams across direct sales, account management, and channel partnerships. • Establish and monitor key performance metrics, cadence reviews, and forecasting accuracy. • Drive adoption of 24Pet services (e.g., software, microchip sales and registrations, lost-pet recovery services, shelter solutions) and PetPlace consumer engagement products. • Build a world-class partner success function ensuring seamless onboarding, ongoing value delivery, and high retention. • Create partner programs, co-marketing initiatives, and data insights that strengthen partner relationships and recurring revenue. • Oversee end-to-end B2B operational processes including contracting, fulfillment, billing, inventory coordination, and service delivery. • Collaborate closely with operations, technology, product, marketing, and customer service to ensure scalable, efficient workflows. • Implement systems and tools that enhance sales efficiency, data visibility, and performance management. • Develop strategic roadmap for enterprise partnerships and integrations that will add value to our solutions, supporting acquisition and retention. • Lead relationships with external B2B enterprise partnerships to scale growth for both B2B and B2C. • Develop internal processes that support rigorous prioritization and seamless execution of partnerships, enabling faster scale and improved revenue outcomes. • Partner with Product to bring new B2B solutions to market informed by partner needs and market intelligence. • Collaborate with Marketing (including B2B demand gen, partner communications, and vertical-specific messaging) to strengthen brand presence and lead generation. • Work with Finance on forecasting, modeling, pricing strategy, and revenue optimization. • Monitor industry trends across animal welfare, veterinary care, shelter operations, pet insurance, pet wellness platforms, and consumer to inform future development. • Represent 24Pet and PetPlace at industry events, trade shows, and executive partner meetings. • Serve as a strategic advisor on the evolving B2B landscape and competitive positioning.
• Works closely with veterinary hospitals, and policyholders to evaluate and review a pet’s medical history to determine a baseline of health. • Investigates and processes assigned insurance claims, verifies coverage, and compensation amounts, per insurance policy. • Updates Explanation of Benefits (EOB), pays and closes claim. • May order medical records from providers. • May communicate with clients and providers during treatment. • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value distribution partners; build trusted, executive-level relationships. • Manage the cross-functional development and execution of joint go-to-market plans (campaign calendars, promotional strategies, landing pages, email flows, social content, paid media) to drive new policy sales. • Negotiate and refine partner deal terms to maximize ROI and sales growth opportunities. • Conduct regular internal and external business reviews (monthly performance calls; quarterly/semi-annual QBRs) with clear insights, actions, and owners. • Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove roadblocks and deploy scalable solutions. • Translate partner opportunities feedback into actionable business cases for growth initiatives including product and process improvements; champion the partner perspective in roadmap discussions. • Create and maintain partner playbooks, enablement materials and reporting cadences. • Own partner-level forecasts, pipeline health, and performance targets; deliver accurate monthly/quarterly updates. • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new partnership opportunities and expansion paths.

• Serve as the centralized performance marketing expert across the IPH portfolio, providing strategic guidance to Brand, Aggregator, Commercial, and Executive Leadership teams. • Evaluate performance across brands, acquisition channels, and customer journeys to identify growth opportunities, investment priorities, and performance risks. • Analyze customer acquisition economics, including media efficiency, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and return on marketing investment, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. • Assess how owned brands, aggregator partners, and acquisition channels interact across the portfolio, identifying opportunities to improve overall enterprise performance while minimizing overlap and cannibalization. • Partner with stakeholders to shape acquisition strategies, budget allocation decisions, and growth priorities across the portfolio. • Support growth strategy for IPH-owned aggregators and external marketplace partners by evaluating acquisition performance, funnel effectiveness, and expansion opportunities. • Monitor competitive activity, marketplace dynamics, and industry trends to identify risks and opportunities that impact portfolio growth. • Partner with Analytics teams to strengthen attribution, forecasting, incrementality testing, and performance measurement frameworks. • Lead performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, affiliate/aggregator, and emerging acquisition channels. • Partner with internal teams, agencies, and platform partners to drive best-in-class campaign execution, optimization, and performance improvement. • Identify and prioritize opportunities across audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative, landing pages, customer journeys, and conversion optimization. • Develop acquisition strategies that connect awareness, consideration, and conversion efforts into a cohesive growth framework. • Evaluate new acquisition channels, technologies, and marketing capabilities that can expand customer acquisition capacity and improve efficiency. • Monitor the evolving impact of AI-powered search, answer engines, agentic experiences, and emerging discovery platforms, developing recommendations for how IPH should adapt its acquisition strategies. • Identify opportunities to leverage AI-driven marketing technologies, automation, and new acquisition models to drive competitive advantage and long-term growth.
• Build, configure, and deploy agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio • Design conversational and workflow agents that integrate with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and enterprise data sources. • Develop custom Copilot plugins and extensions to enhance agent capabilities, including natural language understanding, task automation, and contextual reasoning. • Implement agent safety and transparency features per established governance frameworks and compliance standards. • Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into agent configurations and workflows. • Manage solution packaging, environment promotion (Dev → Test → Prod), and CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps. • Own the delivery lifecycle for agentic and AI-powered solutions — including new feature development, enhancements, defect resolution, upgrades, and production support across Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365. • Monitor agent performance and optimize using feedback loops, telemetry, and Power BI dashboards.
