Role Description This is a Go-to-Market Engineer (GTME) role focused on executing and optimizing how the company engages a high-value, finite market. You’ll work across a clean list of ~8–9K qualified accounts, many representing significant revenue, and turn that into pipeline through multi-touch outbound, retargeting, and lifecycle engagement. This is not just outbound. It’s a hands-on execution role across sales + growth, where you decide how to engage prospects—not just that you should. - Run multi-touch outbound across a curated set of high-value accounts (email, LinkedIn, selective calls) - Re-engage event-driven pipeline (hundreds of high-intent prospects) using creative approaches beyond sequences - Leverage content and retargeting (e.g., LinkedIn posts, founder touchpoints) to drive engagement - Continuously test channels, messaging, and timing to improve conversion - Segment accounts and personas to drive more effective outreach - Use and configure GTM tools and data systems to track and optimize performance Qualifications - ~2+ years in SDR/BDR, growth, or GTM execution roles - Proven experience with outbound and self-sourced pipeline generation - Strong written communication and attention to detail - Comfortable using and learning technical tools (CRM, data, automation) - Ability to execute multi-touch, personalized outreach - Experience in early-stage or fast-moving environments Requirements - Experience in FinTech or B2B SaaS - Exposure to retargeting, lifecycle, or growth marketing concepts - More technical background (e.g., CS degree or strong systems thinking) - Experience converting event or inbound interest into pipeline - Familiarity with persona-based segmentation and targeted GTM motions

Why this role exists We are looking for an experienced engineer who has previously helped scale systems and data architectures. Our platform is already in production, but many engineering best practices such as CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability are still being introduced. This role is an opportunity for the right engineer to help shape the technical architecture of the platform as we grow. Tasks Challenges you'll work on - Designing a flexible multi-tenant data architecture supporting multiple customer integrations and evolving workflows. - Building reliable integration pipelines with varying schemas and constraints. - Turning an early-stage system into an enterprise-grade platform. - Designing services that reliably process customer documents and structured data pipelines, and serve the user-facing application. What you'll do - Build and evolve features and functionality across the full stack of our SaaS platform, using React and Next.js on the frontend and Express on the backend. - Design and implement APIs that support customer workflows, document processing pipelines, and integrations. - Improve authentication and authorization mechanisms, including RBAC and SSO integrations. - Work with PostgreSQL data models supporting multi-tenant environments and complex real-estate workflows. - Work directly with the founders to shape the architecture of the platform as it evolves toward an enterprise-grade system. - Integrate third-party systems such as ERP and accounting platforms into the platform’s workflow engine. - Improve system reliability by introducing testing, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering best practices. - Contribute to architectural decisions as the platform evolves toward an enterprise-grade system. Requirements You're a good fit if you: - Have at least 5 years of Full-Stack working experience. - Have experience designing systems where data models and integrations evolve over time. - Have strong backend fundamentals and experience building APIs and backend services. - Are comfortable working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and designing data models for complex workflows. - Care about writing clean, maintainable code and improving engineering processes. - Enjoy working closely with product and founders to rapidly iterate on real customer problems. - Are proactive, pragmatic, and comfortable taking ownership in a small engineering team. Nice to have - Comfortable working with modern frontend frameworks such as React and Next.js. - Experience integrating enterprise systems such as ERP or accounting software. - Experience with authentication frameworks such as Auth0. - Familiarity with cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP. - Experience improving engineering maturity (testing, CI/CD, observability).
