You will be collaborating with fab leadership team to manage and run vital yield projects and programs as well as escalating key program risk. Responsibilities and Tasks Program/Project management - Ensure strategic roadmaps with key metrics for Speed are created, maintained, and tracked to latest BIC targets. - Collaborate with project teams to understand the business value of projects and programs in place and how they contribute to BIC plan. - Visualize the progress of business plan achievement, and establish the meeting structure of appropriate leadership review and team meeting - Provide program and project performance updates periodically with communication across functional groups. - Manage and control program changes including scope, plan, business rules, policies, and procedures. - Work with site leadership team to identify project risks and propose/execute solutions.
