Director – Healthcare Marketing
3Cloud
• This role is responsible for developing – and telling – a story about an organization’s capabilities with regard to a healthcare market focusing on payors and providers. • You’ll plan, orchestrate, and execute solution launches that accelerate sales, increase awareness of the 3Cloud brand, and drive demand. • You will have a keen understanding of each solution portfolio, buying offices/ buyer journeys, as well as flagship clients. • Leverage this knowledge to identify new market opportunities (white space, cross sells, etc.) and work with broader marketing team to drive growth. • Strategic Narrative, Messaging and Positioning: craft and optimize positioning and messaging (including market, company, platform, and competitive positioning) to equip sales teams to close deals, support successful solution launches, and deploy through all market-facing communication touch points (website, sales messages, SDR, content, etc.) • Deep Solution Expertise: foster a meaningful relationship with delivery leadership, maintain a deep understanding of our current services and solution offerings and plans, lead the creation, design, and enablement of our demos, and ensure that all PMM work is guided with intimate knowledge of our solutions. • Marketplace: publish all solution offerings on channel marketplace such as Azure marketplace and Databricks brick builder. • Act as liaison with demand teams to ensure campaigns are running successfully and generating top of funnel volume for the healthcare sales team. • Equip our sales team with enablement content such as solution playbooks with the aim of increasing win rate and decreasing sales cycle length. • Align materials to Microsoft solution plays to enable Microsoft sellers. • Leverage company thought leadership content, adding Microsoft lens to bring back to the Microsoft channel to position 3Cloud the top partner for Azure healthcare focus. • Develop client success stories and client win wires for Microsoft.
Job Requirements
- 12+ years B2B product/solution marketing experience with a strong focus on compelling, differentiated, and provocative messaging and positioning
- Have basic understanding of healthcare industry (sub-verticals, personas, pain points, etc.)
- Preferred experience at a company with ARR > $300M, SaaS or IT consulting, cloud platform, healthcare SaaS
- Experience developing positioning and messaging for offering packages that serve multiple use-cases, verticals, and enterprise markets
- Ability to master a sophisticated offering with multiple dimensions (including platform, services, and partnerships) and simplify into easily digestible yet uniquely differentiated value propositions
- A strong team player but still a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment
- Ability to inspire cross-functional teams, tell compelling stories and present with confidence to a broad range of audiences
- A consistent record influencing a cross-functional and highly diverse distributed team to outcomes
- Experience working closely with delivery management, engineering, analytics, design, and other marketing capabilities (regional marketing, growth marketing, brand and content marketing) to develop, launch, and scale solutions
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and well-organized
- Track record of effectively advising senior stakeholders on product/solution positioning and priorities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; very comfortable communicating to senior executives
- Highly effective analytics, listening, and critical thinking skills with deep commitment to understanding customer needs
- Strong project management and collaboration skills with the ability to balance shifting priorities and handle ongoing projects
