Senior Sales Operations Manager – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

• Assist in managing the regional revenue forecasting process, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely input from leadership teams • Collaborate with sales leadership to design, adjust, and maintain regional account and territory planning efforts, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and alignment with business objective • Manage and support regional operations within Salesforce (SFDC) and the CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) system, ensuring smooth quoting processes and system functionality • Troubleshoot and resolve SFDC and CPQ-related issues for the regional team, providing training and support as needed • Enforce regional data hygiene practices across CRM and other revenue systems, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of data • Perform regular audits of CRM data, identifying and rectifying discrepancies, duplicates, and incomplete records • Support ad-hoc reporting requests across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, providing timely and accurate insights that inform decision-making • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide relevant data insights and reporting for quarterly business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and other key meetings
• As a Senior Analytics Engineer within our team, you will lead initiatives on topics such as data quality, observability and model optimisation. Typical responsibilities could involve; • Design, build and maintain high quality datasets for engineers to build robust customer facing reporting • Collaborate closely with engineers to assess and mitigate the impact of upstream product changes • Apply domain knowledge to develop semantic layers for business intelligence • Develop data models optimized for efficient querying over large datasets, specifically for reports embedded within our main platform
• Write, edit, and adapt content for a range of marketing needs, including LinkedIn, blogs, web copy, campaign assets, email copy, customer stories, and internal drafts • Turn rough notes, interviews, briefings, or source material into clear and engaging written content • Support the development of campaign messaging and content across launches, reports, events, and always-on marketing activity • Draft organic social content, especially for LinkedIn, in line with company messaging and tone of voice • Help maintain content plans and keep work moving across multiple projects • Work with internal stakeholders to extract information, shape ideas, and improve the clarity of what we put into market • Support editing, proofreading, and quality control across content and communications • Use AI tools where helpful to accelerate drafting, summarising, research, or content development, while applying sound judgment and editorial oversight • Track basic content and social performance and contribute ideas for improvement
• Drive the evolution of the team by fostering best practices to develop strategic, multi-year human cyber resilience plans for our customers. • Engage during the sales cycle to shape the vision, support the team in scoping, and deliver world-class proposals. • Oversee the delivery of core offerings, including Crisis Simulation scenarios, Program and Cyber Skills paths, and Cyber Drills across Leadership and Technical tracks. • Provide direct mentorship and professional development for the US Advisor team, conducting regular performance reviews and fostering individual career growth. • Coordinate team activities to achieve operational objectives and customer success targets. • Champion a culture of continuous learning and documentation to transition the team from tribal knowledge to scalable institutional knowledge. • Translate field insights and customer feedback into actionable requirements for the Product and Engineering teams to influence the future roadmap of Immersive's offerings. • Collaborate with the Data and Analytics team to translate platform data into strategic maturity insights, providing customers with the evidence-based reporting needed to measure and prove team readiness at scale.
• Utilising knowledge of cloud technology to plan, write and improve cloud security labs, challenges and online learning content on the Immersive platform. • Produce multi-format content utilising various teaching methods; practical exercises, questions & gamification • Test Cloud Security labs to ensure they function as expected • Work with the Engineering and Content teams on new projects/products and how best to deploy them
• Become an expert in how the major elements of the product work, providing product support to Sales and Customer Success, demonstrating product features and eliciting user feedback. • Drive a data driven, analytical approach to prioritising and refining new features and product enhancements that meet customer and business needs. • Set, track and optimise success metrics to ensure that deliverables are defined and measurable. • Prioritise and organise features and technical requirements for your product area, ensuring a focus is maintained on delivering value to customers. • Ensure a clear Product Roadmap is created, managed and communicated so that development work, marketing and release can be planned. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure effective go-to-market. • Collaborate cross-product with other Product Managers to ensure any inter-team dependencies are taken into account during planning, and to share best practice. • Inspire the Product delivery teams, ensuring they have the rationale and motivation required to deliver the product vision. • Develop user stories with agreed acceptance criteria. Work with agile Design and Engineering teams to ensure stories are correctly refined, technical constraints, dependencies and prerequisites are identified and that the product vision is realised. • Ensure a balance of Technical Debt, feature development and Technical Prerequisite work is undertaken in a responsible and timely manner to ensure feature delivery and product performance. • Develop and maintain strong market awareness and deep understanding of the cyber landscape.
• Creating and executing the sales strategy for your territory • Winning large-scale enterprise business (Fortune 500 / FTSE 250 / Global 2000) that’ll have a direct impact on Immersive Labs’ success • Building relationships with CISOs – while growing that revenue figure • Qualifying sales with clients using a methodology such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC • Educating the market on our groundbreaking cybersecurity solution by attending local and national events (such as Technology Partner Roadshows, Happy Hours, BlackHat and RSA) • Researching and tracking your progress on Salesforce and using LinkedIn’s Sales Navigator.
• Be the key driver of the Immersive One platform research strategy, unifying products, personas, and complex workflows. • Run mixed-method research at product pace: interviews, usability/task testing, concept and prototype evaluation, tree tests, card sorts, surveys, and longitudinal work when it’s the right tool. • Transform raw qualitative and quantitative data into high-impact, compelling strategic narratives that decisively influence roadmaps, prioritisation, and major investment decisions. • Bridge the gap between grand research vision and immediate execution, translating multi-quarter platform blueprints into actionable, high-impact outcomes. • Architect research frameworks, playbooks, and enablement practices that multiply research effectiveness and elevate organizational maturity. • Weave together research, analytics, user feedback, and market signals into cohesive strategic narratives • Establish a repeatable learning engine: intake/prioritisation, cadence (e.g. weekly/fortnightly testing), synthesis rituals, and an insight repository that’s easy to reuse. • Coach designers and PMs on lightweight research techniques and evidence-based decision making.
