This Sr. Technical Recruiter role will be remote and must be located in either CA, OR, NV, or WA. Our people are critical to our mission at Jabil. As a result, we need strategic recruiters to build our organization, managing relationships with stakeholders and driving end-to-end sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation in highly competitive markets. In your role you will: - Be responsible for owning the full-cycle recruiting process from intake meeting, to developing and implementing sourcing strategies, screening and interviewing candidates, through offer negotiation. - Partner closely with Human Resource Business Partners and Hiring Managers to develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to generate a strong flow of candidates who meet our hiring teams' requirements. - Leverage market data along with strong knowledge of our employee value proposition to engage passive candidates and build future candidate pipelines. Successful candidate will bring the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: - Deep understanding of how to engage and recruit passive candidates, attracting highly qualified slates and creating partnership with hiring teams to engage candidates and create strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Ability to build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management. - Strong understanding of behavioral interviewing best practices. - Ability to work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to determine the human capital needs of the departments and positions identified to ensure efficient and effective hiring. JOB QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor’s degree required - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting supporting engineering functions. - Candidates must be heavily networked and knowledgeable of leading search practices, possess an expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence - Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: June 22, 2026. As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance.
