Movable Ink’s People Team is looking for a strategic, hands-on Recruiter to support our growing hiring needs. In this role, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting across multiple teams and locations, from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance. You'll work closely with hiring leaders to understand their needs and build thoughtful, effective hiring strategies. You’ll balance moving quickly with bringing on quality hires, while creating a great experience for both candidates and hiring managers. By leveraging data, feedback, and problem-solving, you will play a vital role in shaping and continuously enhancing our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract and retain the best people to drive Movable Ink’s success. Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end candidate journey, including outreach, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and support pre-first day onboarding coordination, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience - Collaborate strategically across the business to anticipate hiring needs and understand how roles contribute to organizational success - Educate and guide hiring managers on recruiting process and best practices ensuring clarity, alignment, and shared accountability - Leverage recruiting data to surface insights that improve team effectiveness and candidate pipeline health - Lead or contribute to People team projects focused on improving processes and scaling our recruiting efforts Qualifications: - At least 3+ years in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting role with experiencing recruiting internationally - Strong sourcing skills and experience designing thoughtful, customized search strategies for a variety of roles - A proactive "no-job-is-too-small" attitude and a willingness to adapt and evolve - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders - Solid understanding of the tech market, landscape and what Movable Ink can do to continue being an employer of choice - Experience with modern ATS tools like Greenhouse, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Talent Recruiter, Gem, and Juicebox is a plus - Previous experience working in a general HR capacity is a plus Studies have shown that women, communities of color, and historically underrepresented people are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification.
