• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines that support enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI workloads. • Integrate data from a variety of business systems including ERP, CRM, HRIS, Deltek Vantagepoint. • Develop ingestion, transformation, and data delivery processes that support enterprise business requirements. • Build and maintain data workflows that support both batch and near real-time processing needs. • Ensure data pipelines are reliable, maintainable, and scalable as business demands evolve. • Implement data quality controls, validation processes, and monitoring solutions. • Collaborate with Data & Information Architects to implement enterprise data models and master data strategies. • Support data classification, retention, lineage, access management, and audit requirements.

• Support the firm’s BIM strategy by developing and managing technical BIM content • Maintain modeling standards and improve digital design workflows • Develop advanced parametric Revit families and manage BIM content library • Assist with implementing data standards and internal modeling standards • Provide advanced technical support for Revit modeling issues, • Develop training programs and materials for users • Work closely with project teams to ensure best practices are followed

• Investigate and evaluate the root cause of failures and damage to HVAC and MEP systems • Assess building management systems, automation systems, fire protection, and fire alarm systems • Work independently and with a cross-functional team of experts

• Lead the internal company field offices for the company external annual audits • Develop and maintain the audit plan to the completion of deliverables • Review and analyze the audit response documents for accuracy and completeness prior to submitting them to the external auditors • Coordinate and run meetings with internal audit staff and external auditors • Respond to all external auditor’s questions and requests timely • Provide training for field office accounting staff to improve the audit process • Implement and support year end close process by working with BU accounting staff to meet audit standards • Coordinate with external auditors and business units accounting team to meet the audit deadlines • Build effective relationships and work closely with audit stakeholders across company • Coordinate with company’s insurance broker to complete business insurance applications and other requested documentation within the deadline • Act as insurance contact for company’s employees throughout the year to answer questions or provide documentation as requested • Work closely with the Controller and Assistant Controller for special ad hoc projects

• Lead and provide technical reports for all Fenestration Field Testing efforts while complying with all industry testing standards • Lead and mentor assistant technicians with all testing • Assist with the proper setup and removal of all testing equipment • Always establish and maintain a safe working environment • Use power and hand tools to construct items needed in the testing process • Provide excellent customer service and detailed technical reports for each testing procedure • Travel is a requirement (up to 50%)

• Design Lead and contribute to programming efforts, space planning, and interior layouts, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), lighting design, and material/color selection • Develop and evolve comprehensive design concepts aligned with client goals, project vision, and firm standards • Research design requirements, trends, materials, and emerging industry innovations • Prepare programming documentation, space plans, and area calculations to evaluate project needs • Develop presentation materials including renderings, mood boards, and client-facing design packages • Present design concepts to clients and participate in project interviews and presentations • Collaborate with project teams to integrate interior design with architectural and engineering systems • Select, specify, and coordinate furniture and oversee installation • Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment • Prepare detailed construction documents, including plans, elevations, and details • Prepare redline revisions and update drawing sets accordingly • Coordinate with consultants including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and life safety teams • Perform construction administration duties, including site visits and coordination with contractors • Review and respond to shop drawings and submittals • Apply knowledge of interior design standards, specifications, and BOMA calculations • Maintain accuracy and quality control across all technical documentation • Mentor and support junior staff in design development and technical execution • Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and consultant efforts • Manage work within established project budgets and schedules • Foster and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

• Lead end-to-end execution of HR Operations projects, from initial scoping through implementation and stabilization • Develop project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and success metrics while ensuring alignment across stakeholders • Drive accountability by facilitating progress updates, removing blockers, and maintaining momentum across cross-functional teams • Translate HR priorities into actionable project plans that drive clear, measurable outcomes • Track decisions, deliverables, and next steps to ensure work progresses effectively and sustainably. • Design and implement scalable HR processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and team member experience • Document workflows, standards, and operating procedures to support repeatability and long-term sustainability. • Identify opportunities to simplify ways of working, reduce manual effort, and improve overall effectiveness. • Lead and support priority HR Operations initiatives that improve process consistency, operational efficiency, compliance, service delivery, and the team member experience.

• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional internal team to determine Process Control needs and solutions • Support Project Managers and Process Engineers in developing estimates for controls hardware and engineering effort • Work with Electrical Designers to specify controls hardware components and develop electrical wiring diagrams • Review electrical installation documents for technical accuracy and ensure the design meets the controls requirements • Write Functional Descriptions that describe how control systems will operate • Develop and test PLC programs based on Functional Descriptions • During commissioning, perform onsite IO checks • Commission PLC programs onsite until the systems are in full production, performing maintenance and operator training • Performs other related duties as assigned

• Manage engineering scope, cost and schedule to deliver efficient, high quality projects in a timely fashion • Assist engineering teams in various phases of project development, from concept design to implementation and testing • Ensure project team members create deliverables that meet or exceed the customer’s expectations and standards • Own issues and drive them to resolution with internal and external customers • Work independently but be quick to ask questions and draw upon the best internal, customer, and industry resources to meet requirements accurately and efficiently • Build and maintain healthy, long term, professional relationships with coworkers, customers, suppliers, and industry partners • Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and progress reports • Communicate effectively in person and in writing to keep customers, contractors, and project team well informed of pertinent information in a timely manner • Foster an environment where new ideas are discussed and developed collaboratively
