• Lead large and complex forensic equipment loss investigations with minimal oversight • Evaluate damage to industrial, commercial, and specialty equipment • Determine cause of loss, extent of damage, and repair or replacement scope • Schedule and conduct site inspections and field assessments • Review client provided records including invoices, budgets, schedules, and technical documentation • Perform financial analysis to develop damage estimates and restoration costs • Prepare clear, well supported expert reports for insurers, third party adjusters, attorneys, corporations, and private clients • Present expert opinions during client meetings, mediations, depositions, and legal proceedings • Maintain direct and consistent communication with clients and stakeholders • Mentor and support junior consultants through technical guidance, field support, and report review • Participate in peer review and quality control activities • Actively support business development through client outreach, industry events, and professional presentations • Coordinate with internal teams to meet project scope, schedule, and budget expectations • Maintain accurate job files, documentation, and records • Perform other duties consistent with a senior consulting role

• Serve as a trusted extension of the Owner’s team, providing objective, technically grounded guidance during early project planning and development • Advocate for client business goals, operational requirements, and capital investment strategies throughout all phases of site evaluation and planning • Lead development of industrial site and campus master plans, incorporating future expansion, phasing, and infrastructure scalability • Identify site constraints and opportunities related to zoning, land use, access, utilities, and adjacent uses • Plan and manage site selection efforts, including development of evaluation criteria, site screening, and comparative analysis • Assess candidate sites based on manufacturing needs, including utility capacity, transportation access, labor availability, and regulatory environment • Monitor permitting risks and critical path items, advising clients on strategies to maintain schedule and avoid delays

• Oversee end-to-end construction oversight and project execution • Lead weekly update construction conferences with clients • Manage RFIs, submittals, and coordinate with the design team • Ensure uninterrupted operations in critical environments through customized HVAC, generator, and utility solutions • Develop client Method of Procedures for project execution • Review construction drawings, maintain schedules, and update the client portal

• The Construction Project Manager (CPM) will manage delivery, installation, and integration of engineered solutions for industrial and manufacturing clients. • Support management of cost and schedule to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality projects in a timely fashion. • Manage multiple projects and lead teams including construction, project support, and technical resources. • Responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion and turnover of construction totaling an estimated $15MM to $20MM annually.

• Supports the Design-Build Division by leading model setup, coordination, and implementation of BIM technologies such as Revit, and Navisworks. • Ensures adherence to company BIM standards, drives workflow improvements, and provides training and technical support to design teams. • Works closely with the BIM Committee and Technology team to advance innovation and efficiency across the division’s projects.
