Hyperscale Enterprise Sales Lead
ReCloud IT
• Lead enterprise sales into hyperscale and large data center customers for ITAD and lifecycle services • Qualify and close opportunities across trade-in, decommissioning, asset recovery, and data destruction/security • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving security, infrastructure, operations, procurement, and executive teams • Drive long-term, program-based ITAD engagements, not one-off disposal projects • Work closely with founders, operations, and compliance teams to align offerings with customer requirements and regulatory standards • Help refine go-to-market strategy, pricing models, and service packaging as the business scales
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling ITAD, lifecycle services, or infrastructure solutions into hyperscale or large data center environments
- Background with an ITAD provider, OEM, VAR, or infrastructure services organization
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including R2v3, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and global e-waste directives (e.g., WEEE)
- Strong understanding of server, storage, and networking asset disposition, including data security and compliance
- Comfortable operating in a startup environment with limited process and high ownership
- Proven ability to close strategic, enterprise-level programs with complex buying groups

• Own sales performance: responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue targets and forecasting accuracy for the DACH region. • Drive clinical demand generation across specialties including infectious diseases, gastroenterology, pediatrics, pulmonology, and more. • Deliver impactful scientific presentations, product trainings, and educational sessions at conferences, hospitals, and symposia. • Support implementation of national and international guidelines at hospital and regional levels; collaborate with clinical committees to drive testing prescription volume. • Establish and nurture relationships with key customers, influencers, and KOLs, both regionally and nationally. • Collaborate across departments in a matrix organization (Marketing, Customer Care, Medical Affairs, Field Applications) to ensure customer success and market growth. • Conduct market and territory analysis, developing data-driven strategies to expand product footprint and clinical reach in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. • Serve as a liaison between the lab and the clinic, promoting lab-based diagnostics driven by clinician prescriptions.
