• Identify and secure new enterprise-level ITAD accounts and data centers. • Cultivate long-term relationships with C-suite and key IT decision-makers. • Conduct client needs assessments and deliver tailored solutions for asset valuation, data destruction, and recycling. • Track activities, metrics, and forecasts within the CRM.

• Lead enterprise sales into hyperscale and large data center customers for ITAD and lifecycle services • Qualify and close opportunities across trade-in, decommissioning, asset recovery, and data destruction/security • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving security, infrastructure, operations, procurement, and executive teams • Drive long-term, program-based ITAD engagements, not one-off disposal projects • Work closely with founders, operations, and compliance teams to align offerings with customer requirements and regulatory standards • Help refine go-to-market strategy, pricing models, and service packaging as the business scales
