VP of Sales
Steer Health
• New logo acquisition across Health Systems, Large Medical Groups, and ASCs • Revenue growth, pipeline creation, and deal execution • Building repeatable sales motions, messaging, and playbooks • Executive relationships with C-suite and VP-level healthcare leaders • Close partnership with the CEO and leadership team • Drive immediate pipeline and bookings through direct selling • Personally source, pitch, negotiate, and close enterprise healthcare deals • Navigate long, complex buying cycles with multiple stakeholders • Sell consultatively by tying Steer Health’s AI platform to measurable ROI • Operate with urgency in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment • Collaborate tightly with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success • Forecast accurately and communicate deal risks early • Represent Steer Health onsite with customers, partners, and at industry events
Job Requirements
- Healthcare SaaS sales experience selling to providers (health systems, large groups)
- Startup experience (Series A–C or similar growth stage preferred)
- Proven ability to build sales motions from scratch
- History of personally closing complex enterprise deals
- Comfort operating without heavy enablement or large teams
- Ability to start executing immediately with little ramp time
- Strong executive presence with CIOs, CMOs, CFOs, and COOs
- 8–12+ years of healthcare SaaS sales experience
- Proven success in enterprise provider sales
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (MBA a plus, not required)
