POSITION SUMMARY The Program Coordinator provides all aspects of administrative program support for The Just Culture Company and Device Safety operations with a focus on client communications, consulting coordination, collaboratives, and educational planning. This role involves many functions, including drafting correspondence, coordinating projects and events, making travel arrangements, editing and formatting comprehensive reports, and proactively anticipating the upcoming needs of the team. Send standard course information, registration confirmations, and client follow-up emails. Create and distribute certificates of completion for learners. Track client course attendance and prepare basic reports. • Order Processing & Shipping Oversight Process online website orders and ensure timely fulfillment. Create shipping labels using ShipStation. Pack orders and deliver shipments to UPS/USPS. Track inventory of products and shipping materials and determine when reorders are necessary. Maintain and update shipping, orders, and fulfillment tracking sheets. Send shipping confirmations and tracking information for course materials. • Webinar & Event Support Provide execution support for webinars and virtual training sessions. Coordinate logistics and assist with materials, attendance tracking, and follow-up communications. Assist with securing continuing education units for ECRI events. • Financial & Contract Support Review contracts, quotes, and proposals for accuracy and completeness.
