Role Description We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Account Manager to support our East Market - in New York State! In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our agency and a portfolio of business in CLEAResult's East Region. You will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable results, strengthen client relationships, and support long term program success. Responsibilities include: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service, satisfaction, and retention. - Develop, present, and optimize data driven marketing strategies aligned to client goals and budgets. - Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, programs, and communications. - Draft strategic and creative briefs and collaborate with creative, digital, and shared services teams. - Monitor and report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. - Partner with program and business development teams to identify and pursue growth opportunities. - Manage budgets, project setup, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency. - Lead campaign reviews and post project debriefs to support continuous improvement. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in marketing account management, client services, advertising, or communications. - Proven success leading integrated, multi channel marketing campaigns. - Proficiency with marketing analytics platforms, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards. - Ability to budget, forecast, and track marketing spend and performance metrics. - Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects. Compensation - Salary Range: $80,000–$85,000. - Placement within the range is based on alignment with the needs of the position. - Compensation Range: $83,000.00 - $124,600.00. - Currency: USD. • Act as a representative to the customer's organization • Establishes and builds relationships in local, regional and national markets • Manages and promptly resolves customer concerns • Records, tracks customer interactions in accordance with corporation's procedures • Verifies product installations and that all paperwork received is accurate and complete • Sells technical products/services, trains on technical specifications and program requirements, and communicates program changes • Develops strategies to drive increased savings acquisition • Works with engineering and program to research and analyze current and future technical specifications and requirements • Prepares sales forecasts • Troubleshoots technical issues and recommends solutions
• Serve as the primary marketing liaison for assigned clients in partnership with Program teams. • Maintain client satisfaction and strengthen relationships with an assigned group of accounts. • Identify opportunities to expand services and introduce innovative marketing tactics, channels, or service line offerings. • Nurture new business opportunities within existing clients to meet revenue targets. • Collaborate with Business Development, Program teams, and Program Directors to identify and grow opportunities across territories. • Develop an understanding of market nuances for assigned client groups, including competitive landscape, top-performing strategies, and consumer demand. • Work with senior account managers on day-to-day marketing planning, development, and execution for a suite of clients. • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly results, annual forecasts). • Interpret data analytics to inform strategy and optimize performance. • Draft creative/strategy briefs and ensure alignment with client requirements. • Partner with Producers to shepherd projects from conception to completion. • Collaborate with Financial Operations and Producers to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. • Assist in meeting agency KPIs and revenue goals.
• Support program delivery through management, validation, and analysis of program data across multiple systems and stakeholders • Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting tools and dashboards (including Power BI) to support program tracking, invoicing, and performance reporting • Coordinate data integration efforts between internal platforms, client systems, and subcontractor tools, ensuring accurate and timely data exchange • Partner with internal and external IT teams to support system integrations, including testing, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing maintenance • Assist in defining data requirements, mapping logic, and validation processes to ensure high data quality and alignment with reporting expectations • Support invoicing and reporting processes by ensuring data completeness, accuracy, and compliance with contractual requirements • Monitor program performance metrics and provide insights to support program management and decision-making • Contribute to process improvements, workflow optimization, and standardization across program operations • Coordinate across cross-functional teams (program, finance, IT, subcontractors) to support program execution and issue resolution • Support ad hoc analysis, reporting requests, and program operational needs as they arise
• Lead the design, commercialization, and successful realization of energy solutions across utility and public-sector programs. • Develop high-quality, client-specific solutions during the sales and proposal process. • Ensure those solutions are executable, scalable, and deliver measurable outcomes in the market. • Operate as a strategic leader, solution architect, and practice builder, influencing program design across geographies. • Define and standardize solution design methodologies, frameworks, and best practices across the organization. • Mentor and develop junior consultants and team members, strengthening internal consulting capabilities.
• Develop, and maintain scalable web applications with a focus on Magento • Extend and customize Magento functionality to support business requirements • Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems (CRM, ERP, payment gateways, etc.) • Develop and consume RESTful and SOAP APIs • Work with data formats including JSON and XML • Contribute across the stack, including frontend and backend development • Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and design teams to deliver high-quality features • Participate in triage, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes • Troubleshoot, optimize, and help scale existing systems
