• Serve as the primary liaison between employees, outside counsel, and insurers on disputes and litigation matters, gathering information from internal business teams to support legal strategy and ensure timely review and response to legal questions. • Independently manage smaller claims and matters end-to-end, while managing and overseeing larger litigation and claims assigned to outside counsel, including conducting research and preparing documents for court proceedings and legal transactions. • Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including correspondence, settlement agreements, briefs, pleadings, and discovery responses, ensuring citations are complete and consistent with source material. • Conduct fact-finding, data collection, and witness interviews to support case preparation, and assist in developing search term criteria for document collection and discovery. • Demonstrate expert-level e-discovery and document review capabilities, and organize, archive, and maintain large volumes of litigation-related documents and records across hard copy and electronic systems. • Maintain legal calendars and docketing deadlines, access court dockets and electronic filing systems, and track legal expenditures and insurance claims. • Field and direct questions from internal business teams in an organized and timely manner, working independently under minimal instruction or supervision to meet deadlines. • Support employment law compliance projects and may conduct or assist with related trainings.
Role Description Responsible for translating requirements and specifications into one or more software applications. This includes both maintaining and updating existing software, and creating new software, as needed. The goal is software that is well-designed, testable, and efficient, and that meets the requirements and specifications. - 8+ years of relevant experience - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or other related field preferred. - Review software requirements and specifications for assigned applications and systems to ensure completeness and clarity. - Assist in refining requirements and stories as needed by working with source(s) of requirements. - Provide feedback to Application Architect(s) on application architecture and design. - Provide feedback to Database Administrators and others on data repository design and refinement. - Create the design and specifications of individual software modules as needed. - Implement advanced coding technologies, such as test-driven development, server virtualization, quality checks, and auto-deploy. - Provide guidance and possible solutions to programming questions and challenges. - Design, write, and execute tests to validate correct operation of each new or revised software module while ensuring no impact to existing functionality. - Be familiar with the business domain (processes, rules, data model, and lexicon) of business areas supported by assigned systems and applications, and serve as first-line subject matter expert on those knowledge areas for Application Engineers. - Be familiar with logic and function of modules within assigned applications and systems, in order to serve as SME on them. - Review and approve code for assigned applications and systems. - Know, follow, and enforce industry and company standards for software creation. - Know, follow, and enforce company, department, and team standards and expectations for documentation. Qualifications - 8+ years of relevant experience - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or other related field preferred. • Support the development and delivery of energy efficiency programs by providing engineering calculations, building energy simulations, measurement and verification, and utility program technical design and assistance • Leads design and development of technical strategies, conducts analysis to inform and recommend energy savings, and develops plans and provides reporting that contributes to the success of client programs • Writes and informs technical documents, publications, and conducts quality review of content • Provides general project oversight, quality control/assurance, and continuously informs customers and project team of updates and necessary adjustments • Supports business development efforts and proactively seeks new project opportunities
• Act as a local on-site program and company representative to residential customers under the Mass Save Home Energy Services (HES) Residential Coordinated Delivery program • Provide insights on available energy savings measures via thorough energy residential inspections • Troubleshoot technical problems and issues in accordance with client specifications • Encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers • Travel daily throughout a defined territory in a company provided vehicle

Role Description To join our team as a Bilingual Home Energy Assessor (Senior Field Specialist). In this role, you will deliver residential energy assessments and support energy-saving home improvement projects for customers in Clackamas County, Oregon. This role combines hands-on home inspections with customer service built on trust, clear communication, and accountability. - Complete in-home energy assessments, document opportunities to save energy and lower utility costs, and support weatherization and HVAC upgrade projects from start to finish. - Coordinate contractors, review bids and invoices for eligibility, and participate in occasional community outreach to help homeowners learn about available programs. Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, enjoy working directly with people in their homes, and have experience in home inspections, energy efficiency, residential construction, or HVAC. This role is especially focused on serving low-income households and helping homeowners understand the process and complete required paperwork. This is a remote position with frequent field work.
