Role Description The Demand Generation Specialist will help execute multi-channel, multi-touch programs that create new sales pipelines, improve win rates, and increase sales velocity. POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Manager, Quality & Compliance plays a critical leadership role in advancing ECRI’s presence and competitiveness in the federal, state, and private sector marketplace. This role combines proposal and grant leadership, business development support, and senior level quality and compliance governance to ensure all submissions are accurate, compliant, consistent, and risk mitigated. In addition to supporting opportunity identification and proposal development, this role serves as the organization’s functional authority for proposal quality assurance and government compliance, proactively preparing internal teams to respond to evolving regulatory and contractual requirements. The Senior Manager partners closely with leadership and cross functional stakeholders to protect ECRI’s reputation, support sustainable growth, and strengthen audit readiness. QualificationsPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS Experience: • Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare consulting and/or government contracting arena. • Experience in managing and writing federal proposals. • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and public health, preferably in patient safety, evidence-based medicine, risk management and quality. • Strong business development experience. • Outstanding project management skills, including the ability to drive business development strategies through specific project teams comprised of clinicians, business development, and subject matter experts. • Excellent writing, editorial, and proofreading skills are essential. • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and superior internal and external client service skills.
