Excellent opportunity to work REMOTELY with a U.S.-based company. Candidates living in Mexico, or all LATAM are welcome to apply. About the Company Bydrec, Inc. is a California-based company that connects top Tech talent from Latin America with U.S. companies looking to expand their development teams. Learn more at bydrec.com. About the Role We are looking for a Product Manager to join a growing U.S.-based technology company and take ownership of two public-facing SaaS platforms. This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates across Latin America, working with a distributed team that builds and maintains cloud-based software products used by external customers. The primary objective of this role is to stabilize and improve two SaaS products that were previously acquired but have not been effectively managed. The new Product Manager will focus on reducing support issues, organizing the current backlog, defining clear priorities, and building a pragmatic roadmap for the future of these platforms. This is not a traditional backlog-management Product Manager role. The company is looking for someone who can step into a complex environment, assess the current state of the products independently, and bring structure, ownership, and direction to the product strategy. Following this hire, the company plans to build a small team around these platforms, creating an opportunity for the Product Manager to play a key role in shaping the future evolution of the products. Responsibilities: - Take full ownership of two public-facing SaaS products currently in a stabilization phase while evaluating the current product architecture, technology stack, and operational challenges affecting platform stability. - Review, clean up, and prioritize the existing product backlog, identifying the most important issues impacting product performance, customer experience, and support workload. - Define and maintain a clear and pragmatic product roadmap aligned with both business priorities and technical realities. - Collaborate closely with engineering teams to drive execution, clarify requirements, and ensure development work aligns with product goals. - Work with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership to align product priorities with broader company objectives. - Help reduce operational and support overhead by improving product stability, prioritization, and overall product clarity. - Identify opportunities to improve workflows, development processes, and product capabilities through modern tools and AI technologies. - Contribute to building structure around the product organization as the team grows. Technical Requirements: - 5–8 years of experience in Product Management working with SaaS products or modern web platforms. - Strong ability to analyze existing systems, identify product challenges, and define a clear product direction in environments with limited documentation or structure. - Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams and technical stakeholders to drive product development and ensure accountability around execution and delivery. - A strong ownership mentality, with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive progress in ambiguous or fast-changing environments. - Professional-level English communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate ideas, priorities, and product decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Practical experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows, team efficiency, or product capabilities. - Familiarity with modern cloud-based architectures and technologies including AWS, Python, Django, PostgreSQL, React, and Snowflake. - Experience working with distributed remote teams across multiple time zones.
