This is a Remote role based in UK, offering the flexibility to work from home or the office (we have a few) according to your preference. Responsibilities: - Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets within assigned territories or accounts. - Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored mobility solutions. - Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and trends in urban mobility, ensuring Trafi stays ahead of competition. - Public Tender Management: Lead the preparation and submission of bids for public tenders, ensuring compliance with all requirements and effectively communicating the value of Trafi's solutions. - Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Trafi's products and services, effectively communicating their benefits to clients and stakeholders. - Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients, highlighting the advantages of Trafi's mobility solutions. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with company goals. - Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting on account status, pipeline progress, and performance metrics. - Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote Trafi and build professional relationships (6-8 events/year) Qualifications and Experience: - 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the transportation, mobility, or technology sectors. - Demonstrated experience in managing and responding to public tenders within the transportation or public sector. - Strong understanding of urban mobility trends, transit operations, and the challenges faced by cities and transit agencies. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer success. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Contexte Le projet CREWS Djibouti, approuvé en juin 2024 pour une durée de quatre ans, vise à renforcer la capacité nationale à produire, diffuser et exploiter des systèmes d’alerte précoce multirisques, ainsi qu’à améliorer la préparation et la réponse aux aléas hydrométéorologiques. Dans le cadre de la Composante 1 (« Amélioration de la prestation de services »), le projet prévoit le renforcement des capacités institutionnelles et humaines des institutions nationales concernées, notamment le Centre d’Études et de Recherche de Djibouti (CERD) et l’Agence Nationale de la Météorologie (ANM). Ce travail de consultation consiste à élaborer un plan de formation principalement consacré au domaine de l'hydrologie opérationnelle du CERD, tout en intégrant, de manière complémentaire, les dimensions d’hydrologie appliquée, de recherche, de gestion des ressources en eau et d’appui à la décision, qui relèvent également des missions du CERD. En effet, dans le cadre du projet CREWS, la collaboration entre l'OMM et le CERD s’en tient aux activités de surveillance hydrologique liées au système d'alerte précoce. L’Organisation météorologique mondiale (OMM) recrute à cet effet un(e) consultant(e) afin de : - Réaliser une évaluation approfondie des capacités et des besoins en formation en hydrologie, incluant ses différentes dimensions (opérationnelle, appliquée, recherche et appui à la décision) et en autres domaines pertinents, du CERD ; - Élaborer un plan de formation structuré, opérationnel et budgétisé, aligné sur la vision stratégique et les besoins futurs du CERD en ce qui le concerne l’hydrologie opérationnelle et conformément aux responsabilités du CERD en matière de système d’alerte précoce. Des travaux antérieurs tel que le diagnostic CHD du SOFF, la feuille de route Banque mondiale 2022, ou autres documents pourront servir de références pour l’analyse documentaire de base. Toutefois, le plan attendu devra s’appuyer principalement sur une évaluation terrain approfondie et sur l’expertise méthodologique du/de la consultant(e). Il est également important de noter que le plan de formation attendu doit rester pertinent bien au-delà du projet CREWS et fournir une base solide pour tout autres initiatives de renforcement des capacités que celles financées par le budget de ce projet. Fonctions et responsabilités Dans le cadre du projet CREWS Djibouti, le/la consultant(e) sera chargé(e) d’appuyer le renforcement des capacités institutionnelles et humaines du Centre d’Études et de Recherche de Djibouti (CERD) en hydrologie opérationnelle et en gestion des systèmes d’alerte précoce. En appui au CERD et sous la supervision de l’OMM, le/la consultant(e) élaborera un plan de formation structuré, détaillé et utilisable en hydrologie opérationnelle en vue de renforcer durablement les compétences techniques et organisationnelles. Dans ce cadre, les principales responsabilités incluent : a) Diagnostic des capacités - Évaluer les capacités actuelles du CERD en hydrologie opérationnelle, appliquée et en gestion des ressources en eau, ainsi que les dispositifs de formation existants. - Identifier les écarts de compétences, les besoins prioritaires et les facteurs organisationnels influençant la performance. - Cartographier les profils, les fonctions et les responsabilités pour cibler les actions de formation. b) Élaboration du plan de formation - Définir les axes stratégiques de formation à court, moyen et long terme, alignés sur les missions et priorités du CERD. - Identifier les publics cibles, les modalités adaptées (présentiel, e-learning, mentorat) et les partenaires de formation pertinents. - Développer une matrice détaillée (compétences – fonctions – type de formation – durée – priorités) et un budget opérationnel. c) Mise en œuvre et pérennisation - Proposer un cadre de suivi et d’évaluation des actions de formation, incluant des mécanismes de mentorat et de maintien des compétences. - Définir un plan d’action avec chronogramme, responsabilités institutionnelles et ressources nécessaires. - Assurer l’ancrage institutionnel et la coordination interinstitutionnelle pour garantir la durabilité du dispositif. d) Coordination, validation et rapportage - Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes nationales, en particulier le CERD et l’ANM, pour assurer la pertinence et l’applicabilité opérationnelle du plan. - Organiser et faciliter les consultations et ateliers de validation. - Produire les livrables attendus : rapport de mission, plan de formation final et recommandations pour le suivi et la pérennisation des capacités. Compétences et expérience requises Formation: Diplôme supérieur délivré par une université officiellement reconnue dans le domaine de la météorologie, de la climatologie, de l'hydrologie ou dans un domaine connexe à la pédagogie est souhaitable. Expérience: - Plus de 10 ans d’expérience professionnel pertinente. - Expérience avérée dans l’évaluation des capacités et l’élaboration de plans de formation ou de renforcement institutionnel. - Expérience dans le domaine de l’hydrologie opérationnelle est fortement souhaitée. - Expérience de travail dans des contextes institutionnels en Afrique ou dans des pays en développement. - Expérience de travail dans le contexte national de Djibouti constitue un atout. Autres exigences: - Avoir une bonne capacité de synthèse et une bonne maîtrise de l’expression écrite. - Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation. - Capacité à travailler en équipe et à coordonner des activités avec différents partenaires. - Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels de planification. - Excellentes compétences analytiques et en rédaction de rapports, avec la capacité de synthétiser des informations techniques complexes. - Sensibilité et adaptabilité aux différences culturelles, religieuses, raciales, nationales et d’âge.
