About The Role We are entering an exciting phase of growth and are expanding our Sales team to achieve strategic sales goals and capitalize on new sales opportunities. As one of our senior sales teammates, you will work closely with the CEO, Business Development, Product, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to drive the sales process, close deals, and deliver innovative decentralized identity solutions to our clients. What You Will Do - Architect and execute the end-to-end sales strategy for high-value accounts, taking full ownership of the pipeline from sophisticated lead qualification to the successful closure of complex, multi-stakeholder deals. - Act as a strategic consultant to C-suite and senior enterprise stakeholders, deeply diagnosing enterprise pain points to demonstrate how our decentralized identity solutions solve fundamental security and efficiency challenges. - Lead collaboration with Product and Customer Success teams to influence product roadmaps and ensure white-glove, seamless transitions from deal closure to long-term implementation. - Serve as a subject matter expert on decentralized identity, blockchain, and AI trends to proactively identify market shifts and pivot our positioning for maximum competitive advantage. - Partner with the Business Development team to bridge short-term wins with long-term ecosystem growth, ensuring a unified approach to market expansion in APAC. What You Need To Succeed - Proven track record in Enterprise Sales or Business Development within SaaS, Fintech, or Blockchain, specifically managing high-value contracts and long-term sales cycles. - Extensive experience across multinational markets including Japan, Korea, Singapore, and Australia, with the linguistic and cultural sophistication required to build trust with traditional enterprises and government regulators. - Demonstrated ability to navigate the multi-layered decision-making processes of government agencies and Tier-1 corporations, effectively influencing both technical influencers and C-suite signatories. - Experience scaling technology businesses or new market entries from the ground up, with the agility to act as an individual contributor while architecting the broader sales framework. - A deep understanding of Decentralized Identity (DID), Blockchain, and AI, with the ability to translate these technologies into "future data flow" value propositions for traditional industries. - A results-driven closer with a history of hitting aggressive revenue targets in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with minimal supervision. Role Description We are entering an exciting phase of growth and are expanding our Product team to take on new challenges and opportunities. As one of our early Product Managers, you will work closely with the Founders, Engineers, Product Designers, and cross-functional teams to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of innovative applications, platform features, and client solutions, shaping the future of our products and advancing our mission to revolutionize data freedom. We are searching for a Product Manager to lead our AI agent identity products, including: - Agent Auth: Provides verifiable agent identity, programmable authorization and delegation, and privacy-preserving data access. - Agent Guard: A platform that provides prompt filtering, employee access management, and a control panel for monitoring and controls. What You Will Do: - Lead product development initiatives, driving the end-to-end product lifecycle, including planning, positioning, requirements gathering, roadmap development, and product launches. - Define product strategies and translate into detailed requirements and PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) to guide engineering and design teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Engineers, Product Designers, and ecosystem teams—to ensure timely and successful development, QA, and product delivery. - Partner with enterprise clients and stakeholders to align on product goals, gather feedback, and deliver tailored client solutions. - Define and track KPIs and success metrics to measure product and project outcomes, ensuring continuous improvement. - Develop and implement processes, communication plans, and resource allocation strategies to enable smooth and efficient project execution. - Oversee project timelines and task management to ensure deliverables are completed on time and align with organizational priorities. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in a Product Management role. - AI native, and strong proficiency in AI tools, model capabilities, and industry trends, particularly in an enterprise setting. - Proficiency with product management frameworks, such as Agile and Scrum, and tooling, such as Jira or Linear, to manage product development workflows. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to solve complex problems creatively and pragmatically. - Effective written and verbal English communication skills, with an appreciation for clear and thorough documentation. - Exceptional organizational skills with a fast-paced operating rhythm. - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes. - An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment. - Familiarity with the entire product lifecycle, from strategy to execution, including writing PRDs and working closely with engineering teams. - Strong technical acumen to collaborate effectively with engineers and designers.
