The Solutions Architect is responsible for working with clients to recommend, architect, integrate and oversee the event technology and experiential solutions, while managing third party technology relationships and contracts. The Solutions Architect will work within event teams to ensure multiple external event technologies come together flawlessly to create a successful and innovative event. In the digital event space, the event happens online, and you are responsible for making sure the doors open and the lights turn on. How We’ll Take Care Of You Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting salary for this role is between $95,000 and $115,000. Our salary ranges are based on third-party national average market compensation analysis. The actual salary is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Requirements - 5+ years of technical experience in SaaS technologies SaaS Collaboration Sales, Customer Success, or Tech Support experience (i.e. conferencing, voice, UCaaS, CCaaS) - Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively across diverse audiences—from technical experts to business stakeholders—in both intimate settings and large-scale presentations - Understanding of solution sales and the sales cycle - Be flexible and able to function in a high growth environment - Be adaptive to the rapid changes and enhancements of a UCaaS solution across all product lines - Typically requires Bachelor of Science (BS) / Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or equivalent Desired Skills - Experience in customer facing technical role is preferred - Knowledge of traditional voice communications systems and applications - Working knowledge of packet captures - how to read and decipher - End-to-end IT systems knowledge - Formulate and communicate a technical solution / vision - Understand Zoom partner and ecosystem partners, products and applications - Competitive knowledge in UCaaS and ISV market Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $131,200.00 Maximum: $262,400.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
