• Partnership with distributors to promote Holman products • Discuss and connect the respective SME for other Holman services • Capture revenue growth, enhance profitability and increase customer loyalty and satisfaction for assigned territory • Identify and qualify new prospects for potential sales • Work closely with the assigned Customer Service Representative to ensure customer expectations are being met • Document prospect and customer interactions in Salesforce • Develop strong relationships and team selling approach with the other Holman sales teams • Assist in the development of procedural and process improvements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5+ years’ sales & customer-facing experience
  • Proven sales track record
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)

This role will help translate product capabilities into market-ready positioning, support sales pursuits, and provide field feedback that informs product strategy. Scope: Working within the Solution Strategy team, this individual will collaborate closely with product management, sales, marketing, and services teams to ensure our WMS solutions are effectively positioned, aligned with market needs, and successfully adopted by customers. This role is ideal for someone with strong domain expertise in warehouse operations and WMS solutions, combined with the ability to connect product capabilities with customer value. What you will do: Market Positioning & Messaging - Support the development of go-to-market positioning and value positioning for Blue Yonder’s Warehouse Management solutions. - Contribute to competitive analysis and positioning against key WMS providers. - Help articulate Blue Yonder’s differentiation in areas such as warehouse automation, labor productivity, and AI-driven warehouse optimization. - Assist in developing solution narratives, industry messaging, and customer value propositions. What we are looking for: - 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse management, or enterprise software solutions. - Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) in areas such as: - warehouse operations - workforce and labor management - Yard management - automation integration. - Familiarity with Blue Yonder WMS, JDA WMS, Manhattan WMS, SAP EWM, or similar platforms is preferred. - Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and operational outcomes. - Experience supporting sales engagements, solution positioning, or product strategy initiatives. Seed Sales AgronomistThe Seed Sales Agronomist is the local expert resource for their WinField United Commercial Sales teams, Market Development Agronomist and retail sellers, on seed products and technical agronomy tools for both proprietary (Croplan) and partnered brands.
