• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients across the full lifecycle — from deployment through renewal — managing program plans, risks, and growth opportunities • Build trust-based relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the client organization, driving strong engagement, adoption, and long-term retention • Develop and maintain renewal strategies that reflect each client’s product utilization, value drivers, and any risks or blockers to continued partnership • Partner with the Account Team on expansion conversations, using Salesforce and other tools to stay ahead of churn and surface opportunities • Design and deliver effective onsite and web-based training, best practice presentations, and platform configurations tailored to each client’s unique needs • Present data and program performance insights to executive-level clients, translating metrics into clear narratives and actionable next steps • Contribute to CS team best practices, playbooks, and peer development — sharing what’s working and helping raise the bar for how the team serves clients
• Own the end-to-end renewal forecasting process • Establish and maintain Lytx's Retain & Grow performance metrics • Partner with Finance to align on metric definitions, target-setting methodology, and reporting cadences • Proactively identify forecast gaps and surface revenue risk early • Monitor and analyze the renewal and expansion pipeline • Build frameworks and dashboards for pipeline visibility • Develop scalable frameworks to identify at-risk renewals and expansion opportunities • Define and operationalize escalation paths • Lead annual and in-year territory planning • Identify expansion whitespace within the existing customer base • Collaborate with Sales leadership, Enablement, and HR to implement territory changes • Serve as a strategic operations partner to KAM and CS leaders
• Deliver data, analytics, and insights for go-to-market decisions • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership • Define pipeline and revenue metrics • Identify risks across the customer lifecycle • Turn advanced analytics into strategies for customer growth and retention • Build and maintain scalable SQL data models and pipelines • Design executive Tableau dashboards covering revenue and performance • Translate findings into narratives for stakeholders

Senior Staff Software Engineer - Cloud Platform

Role Description Lytx is building a scalable, cloud-first product platform that integrates large-scale AWS services with hardware-based IoT devices, including in-vehicle gateways and smart cameras. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep technical expertise and architectural understanding to play a key role in designing, building, and operating our cloud platform. This role is suited for a highly capable, self-directed engineer who can own end-to-end delivery – from backend services and infrastructure to frontend and mobile applications – and who thrives in a fast-moving, agile environment. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services running in AWS. - Contribute to system architecture and technical design for large-scale, distributed cloud deployments. - Develop and maintain services using Node.js and other backend technologies. - Work with PostgreSQL, including schema design and query performance optimization. - Design, implement, and test infrastructure-as-code using AWS CDK. - Build and maintain frontend applications using React. - Contribute to mobile applications built with React Native for Android and iOS. - Develop software components across multiple languages, including: - JavaScript / Node.js - Python - Rust - C / C++ - Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, reliability, and security. - Collaborate closely with product, QA, and operations teams while maintaining strong individual ownership. - Take responsibility for full task ownership, including development, testing, deployment, and production readiness.
