What you will do: Market Positioning & Messaging - Support the development of go-to-market positioning and value positioning for Blue Yonder’s Warehouse Management solutions. - Contribute to competitive analysis and positioning against key WMS providers. - Help articulate Blue Yonder’s differentiation in areas such as warehouse automation, labor productivity, and AI-driven warehouse optimization. - Assist in developing solution narratives, industry messaging, and customer value propositions. Product Capability Alignment - Partner with Product Management to provide field insights on customer needs, operational challenges, and emerging warehouse trends. - Contribute feedback from customer engagements to help inform feature prioritization and product direction. - Support the development of use cases and solution workflows across areas such as: - Warehouse management - Workforce and Labor management - Yard Management Sales Enablement & Pipeline Support - Develop sales enablement materials, including solution decks, playbooks, and competitive battlecards. - Support sales and pre-sales teams on strategic customer engagements, RFPs, and executive presentations. - Help articulate the business value and operational impact of Blue Yonder’s WMS solutions during key deal cycles. Customer & Industry Engagement - Engage with customers to understand warehouse operations challenges and digital transformation initiatives. - Participate in customer workshops, executive briefings, and industry events. - Capture market insights that help refine solution messaging and GTM strategy. What we are looking for: - 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse management, or enterprise software solutions. - Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) in areas such as: - warehouse operations - workforce and labor management - Yard management - automation integration. - Familiarity with Blue Yonder WMS, JDA WMS, Manhattan WMS, SAP EWM, or similar platforms is preferred. - Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and operational outcomes. - Experience supporting sales engagements, solution positioning, or product strategy initiatives. Preferred Skills - Experience in enterprise SaaS or supply chain technology solutions. - Understanding of warehouse automation technologies (robotics, AS/RS, goods-to-person systems). - Familiarity with AI/ML applications in warehouse optimization and labor productivity. - Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work across product, sales, and customer stakeholders. #LI-REMOTE ------------------------------------------- The annual salary for this position is $137,126.93 - $172,873.06 USD The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.
