The Role As a Performance Architect, you’ll play a critical role in transforming how car dealerships experience value from Numa. This is a highly strategic, consultative role designed for someone who deeply understands dealership operations. Ideally, a former General Manager or Fixed Ops Director and knows what it takes to run a profitable, high-performing service department. You’ll work directly with GMs and dealership leadership to connect Numa’s platform to their core business goals. Your mission is to elevate Numa from a vendor to a strategic partner by building trust, delivering insight, and driving results that lead to measurable outcomes, retention, and expansion.
