• Lead Agentforce discovery workshops to identify high-value AI use cases and assess solution fit. • Define agent care plans, success metrics, adoption strategies, and implementation roadmaps. • Architect Agentforce solutions, including: - Agents and sub-agents - Topics - Actions (Apex, Flow, Prompt-based, and Invocable Actions) - Instructions and orchestration • Design grounding strategies using Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embedding and chunking techniques, and retrieval optimization for both structured and unstructured data. • Design scalable Salesforce platform architectures, including: - Data model - Sharing and visibility model - Security architecture • Develop solution extensions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow. • Produce technical architecture documentation, solution blueprints, and executive presentations. • Establish architectural governance, implementation standards, and best practices to ensure scalability, reusability, and compliance with Agentforce platform guardrails. • Collaborate with delivery teams, data engineers, integration architects, and enterprise stakeholders across multi-system environments, including ERP, CRM, middleware, and external AI services. • Support pre-sales initiatives by contributing to solution design, effort estimation, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) development. • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams throughout the solution lifecycle.

• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the general ledger. • Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions. • Ensure compliance with IFRS, support statutory reporting and tax compliance requirements. • Perform complex reconciliations including intercompany and multi-currency transactions. • Facilitate successful external audits. • Deliver timely and reliable financial information to support management decision-making. • Drive continuous process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance financial controls.

• Manage and maintain the **General Ledger (GL)**, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and properly classified • Handle the full **Accounts Receivable (AR)** cycle, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of customer accounts • Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customers to ensure timely payments • Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments • Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and general ledger accounts on a regular basis • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes • Generate AR aging reports and other financial reports for management review • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and schedules • Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues in a timely manner

• Drive app marketing initiatives, CRM and lifecycle marketing programs, loyalty operations, data analysis and reporting. • Execute campaigns across the mobile application, manage offer builds, push notifications, in-app content, and delivery channel activations. • Develop automated CRM programs across onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation, manage CRM agency relationships. • Own loyalty program operations including earn/burn mechanics, reward catalog, point thresholds, and expiry policies, plan and execute booster campaigns. • Write and maintain BigQuery SQL across transactional app data, GA4 event data, and CRM platform exports; build dashboards for stakeholders and senior leadership using Python, Looker Studio. • Prepare monthly leadership reports, conduct incremental sales analysis for offers and campaigns, including methodology design and control group selection. • Act as the primary contact for vendors and coordinate alignment with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams.
