Role Description DMI, LLC is seeking a Senior Telecommunications Engineering Specialist to join us. The Senior Telecommunications Engineering Specialist plans, designs, and engineers upgrades and integrations to TSA’s voice, video, and data communications systems, supporting both IT and operational technology environments across headquarters and airport locations nationwide. This individual is responsible for engineering solutions involving: - VoIP - VTC - Collaboration platforms (including Microsoft Teams and WebEx) - Cellular - Wi-Fi - Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems Ensuring all designs meet TSA security, reliability, and interoperability requirements. The Specialist works directly with TSA stakeholders and the O&M contractor to deliver transition-ready communications solutions that support TSA’s mission-critical screening operations.
