This role will focus on transitioning legacy operational medicine systems, including the Theater Medical Data Store (TMDS) and broader Theater Medical Information Program – Joint (TMIP-J) ecosystem, into modernized platforms such as MHS GENESIS Theater, Operational Medicine Care Delivery Platform (OpMed CDP), and other emerging JOMIS capabilities. JOMIS is actively consolidating a historically fragmented set of legacy medical systems into a unified, interoperable operational medicine environment supporting health care delivery, patient movement, medical command and control, and situational awareness across deployed environments. This role requires coordination across a complex stakeholder environment including government leadership, BCG, vendors, and value teams to ensure legacy capabilities are properly assessed, mapped, migrated, or retired with minimal disruption to mission-critical medical operations. Over time, as legacy systems are decommissioned, the role will evolve to support integration and optimization across the modernized JOMIS ecosystem.
