Leidos Digital Modernization Sector has ongoing needs for a Keycloak Engineer to work on the Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) – Increment 1 (INC1) program. At this time we do not have any current openings, but are gathering a pool for future needs. The Global Enterprise Network Modernization – OCONUS (GENM-O) is a critical mission provider responsible for keeping the Army connected through global network modernization projects. The Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) - Increment 1 (INC1) will unify the next generation of Army transport to comply with the Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS) divestiture mandate. A phased systematic approach is required to provide individual sites with standardized, updated technology systems to ensure the Army’s Information Technology (IT) infrastructure is equipped to provide soldiers with cutting-edge technology to ensure applications, data, and enterprise services are accessible, trusted, and interoperable across the globe. Primary Responsibilities: - Must currently possess and be able to maintain an active DoD SECRET security clearance. (US Citizenship required) - Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience. Years of Experience may used in lieu of a degree. - 8570 IAT II certifications - Working with our engineering and infrastructure teams to design and implement high-availability, high-performance Keycloak-based IdAM solutions for the program - Maintaining and upgrading the deployed IdAM solution Providing training to the team on the IdAM solution and deployment as required - Employing exceptional problem-solving skills Coordinate with D3P team to prioritize product backlogs for sprints and releases - Assist with monitoring & reporting technical variances; facilitate resolution of technical issues that adversely impact successful product delivery - Assist with identifying and supporting external dependencies where needed. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with ETL jobs - Experience transforming data in various formats, including JSON, XML, CSV, and zipped files - Experience developing flexible ontologies to fit data from multiple sources and implementing the ontology in the form of database mappings / schemas - Experience with NiFi, ZooKeeper, and Kafka - Experience with Jira, Confluence and Agile/SAFe methodologies - Experience with software configuration management tools such as Git/Gitlab - Experience with Microservices architectures. This role will focus on transitioning legacy operational medicine systems, including the Theater Medical Data Store (TMDS) and broader Theater Medical Information Program – Joint (TMIP-J) ecosystem, into modernized platforms such as MHS GENESIS Theater, Operational Medicine Care Delivery Platform (OpMed CDP), and other emerging JOMIS capabilities. JOMIS is actively consolidating a historically fragmented set of legacy medical systems into a unified, interoperable operational medicine environment supporting health care delivery, patient movement, medical command and control, and situational awareness across deployed environments. This role requires coordination across a complex stakeholder environment including government leadership, BCG, vendors, and value teams to ensure legacy capabilities are properly assessed, mapped, migrated, or retired with minimal disruption to mission-critical medical operations. Over time, as legacy systems are decommissioned, the role will evolve to support integration and optimization across the modernized JOMIS ecosystem.
