Role Description Justrite Safety Group is looking to hire a new Marketing Manager to develop and oversee the implementation of the business unit marketing strategy and product marketing in accordance with the company's overall goals and values that boost brand awareness and drive growth. - The Marketing Manager reports into the business and works closely with business unit leader, product manager, and sales director. - Gain a deep understanding of the product range, buyer personas, and market trends. - Develop content roadmap that aligns to business priorities and outlines the business unit’s marketing objectives. - Develop effective product positioning strategies and compose relevant messaging that highlights product value propositions. - Design effective programs, product launches, and events that reach the business unit’s target audience. - Engage with corporate communications, events, and marketing operations teams. - Provide clear briefs for the creation, production, and dissemination of marketing collateral. - Responsible for the achievement of communications and marketing mission, goals, and financial objectives. - Ensure evaluation systems are in place related to these goals and objectives and report progress. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in marketing or related business administration from an accredited educational institution. - Minimum six years’ experience in marketing, business administration, or related field. - Functional and working experience with Adobe creative suite of products, e.g., InDesign. - Project management experience in a cross-functional environment. - Problem-solving and organization skills. - Technical aptitude in translating complex technical topics into easy-to-understand benefits. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Business acumen with insight into larger business goals and objectives. - Sense for good design based on industry best practices. Requirements - Ability to work in both a team environment and independently. - Leadership skills to collaborate with a team of marketing contributors and other departments. - Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities with a positive attitude. - Ability to travel up to 25%. • Support content development needs of the Clinical Services department as oversight for multiple large books of business (5 -7 assigned accounts but varies based on size) • Independently develop and lead Clinical Services department key initiatives such on-boarding, student recruitment, or innovation • Act as mediator and resolve escalated issues between internal and external stakeholders in a solutions-oriented manner • Act as the medical lead in the creation and presentation of brand planning, strategic development, and tactical plans for assigned accounts and new business opportunities as they arise • Demonstrate a deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturer, managed markets, and marketing business strategies • Ensure account-specific Clinical Services standard operating procedures are developed and maintained for all clients under purview and conduct Clinical Services training as needed (account and department) • Plan and allocate resources across accounts and workstreams based on business needs in conjunction with other internal stakeholders in a solutions-oriented manner • Independently responsible for ensuring team under purview is provided with timely feedback on performance and coaching to support their development (direct and indirect reports), including tracking of personal development plans • Supervise 6+ Clinical Services team members directly and indirectly, including a minimum of 1 Senior Medical Director or 2+ Medical Directors • Promote and adhere to Precision AQ’s workplace values known as PRECISION Principles (Client Service, Purpose, Accountability, Mutual Respect and Collaboration)
