• Manage paid advertising channels, including Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, etc • Conduct and own detailed analytics in order to optimize spend leveraging modern analytic tools • Oversee retail media network spend in key retailers including Amazon • Control and optimize a six-figure monthly paid media budget with ROAS and CAC discipline • Translate marketing goals into actionable media strategies and campaigns that connect directly to revenue and lead outcomes • Optimize Conversion Funnel KPIs by analyzing the entire funnel, formulating hypothesis and running testing to improve CVR, AOV, Market Basket and other relevant funnel KPIs • Conduct thorough and on-going analysis to identify opportunities & trends, optimize performance, create actionable insights, and refine targeting • Create dashboards, reports and scorecards to provide visibility and regular updates to key stakeholders • Collaborate closely with creative, content, web, and video marketing partners to align messaging, landing page, and audience strategies • Leverage AI to craft and optimize copy, content and iterative tests • Develop a monthly experimentation roadmap, and conduct analytics on experiment run, results and learnings • Hands-on campaign setup and troubleshooting • Partner with analytics and Martech to implement effective tagging, tracking, and measurement • Identify new digital advertising platforms, audiences and creative formats to fuel experimentation and performance growth • Collaborate with members of the digital team for optimal performance across all Justrite Safety Group campaigns

• Develop and execute the commercial training strategy aligned with business priorities • Design and maintain onboarding, continuing education, certification, and new product training programs • Create engaging learning content, including instructor-led materials, eLearning, videos, job aids, presentations, and sales enablement resources • Deliver training through a blend of classroom, virtual, and self-paced learning formats • Develop training focused on Justrite Safety Group's value proposition, go-to-market strategy, product portfolio, STUD-E, and commercial capabilities • Create sales enablement tools that reinforce learning and support effective customer engagement • Manage the company's learning management system and learning technologies • Measure training effectiveness through learner feedback, completion metrics, and business results, and continuously improve programs based on insights • Partner across Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and other business functions to identify learning needs and support product launches and commercial initiatives

• Maintaining a master schedule for multiple manufacturing production lines • Organizes, formulates, and prepares master schedules to conform with customer specific requirements • Expedites and coordinates detailed scheduling and the systematic release of orders • Performs liaison with Corporate Customer Service, production, engineering, and others on matters pertaining to schedules, production, methods, materials, and designs • Maintains surveillance over orders in process • Assisting in identifying capacity and resource constraints • Assisting with updates to the master schedule • Managing printing and placement of work orders to the production floor • Create job orders in ERP system as needed • Work with production management and teams to identify daily progress and opportunities for improvement • Assist with inventory accuracy, cycle counts and corrections • Purchasing of all raw materials, supplies, and other goods required to support production • Produce daily open order reports, OTD reporting, OEE, or any metrics as assigned • Attend daily manufacturing meetings and other support meetings as required • Support yearly physical inventory • Work with Master Planner to assist with continuous improvement projects • Update the Gemba boards daily • Various production and warehouse reports/projects assigned • Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations

• Develop and implement strategies to drive brand visibility, sales, margin, and conversion across Amazon • Drive marketplace growth through product listing management, brand store experience, pricing strategies, content, advertising, and performance optimization • Lead vendor management relationships and oversee operational performance and account health • Monitor and improve digital shelf performance with the Ecomm Content Manager • Build promotional calendars to maximize ROI and partner engagement • Troubleshoot operational issues with Vendor Central • Conduct competitive research and category analysis • Collaborate with marketing to develop content enhancements and paid media campaigns

• Develop and implement a North American strategy for capturing data center market share • Identify and engage directly with key data center end users, design engineers, and engineering firms • Build a centralized database of data center projects and actively track their lifecycle stages • Serve as the internal market expert for the data center industry • Expand Basic Concepts’ product relevance and offerings within data centers • Drive end-user specification through direct engagement with engineering consultants

• Assist in the coordination and development of action plans for expansion and deeper penetration in the restaurant/food service, hospitality and grocery/retail markets • Compile database of prospective customers for use as sales leads based on information from your market knowledge, trade shows, website inquiries, direct mail responses and other sources • Market analysis to better understand and penetrate these markets and expand the customer base • Research and analyze current competition and their market share, and work with Marketing and Sales on opportunities to increase market share • Create and manage L2 KPI’s and be prepared to present and discuss in monthly L2 KPI reviews with VP Sales • Continuous education on product knowledge on the JSG portfolio, rules and regulations, and system capabilities • Develop training tools for JSG teammates and local sellers and present and train as needed • Prepare and present training data on market and JSG product solutions to targeted end users • All other duties as assigned

• Deliver on-site training sessions, acting as a “train the trainer” resource for IMRs and end users. • Conduct safety walk-throughs at customer facilities, identifying hazards, compliance gaps, and opportunities for improvement. • Educate clients on OSHA and EPA compliance requirements, delivering clear, actionable recommendations. • Champion the STUD-E platform and mobile app to drive effective adoption and usage. • Support sales teams with customer visits, presentations, and live tool demonstrations. • Document findings and deliver easy-to-understand compliance reports. • Collaborate with internal teams to recommend and support product enhancements. • Promote safety improvements that reduce risks, prevent fines, and support business outcomes.

• Own the inside sales revenue target for assigned digital lead and quote activity, and be accountable for improving lead response, quote conversion, pipeline contribution, customer follow-up, and repeat customer growth through stronger workflows, rep adoption, and digital selling discipline. • Manage, coach, and develop one digital inside sales representative and three customer service agents who support customer inquiries, order-related needs, and small quote opportunities. • Spend approximately 10% of time directly working inbound leads, quote follow-up, customer conversations, and select sales opportunities to stay close to the customer, product questions, and process friction. • Cultivate and maintain a strong pipeline across assigned digital lead, quote, prospecting, and customer growth activity to support attainment of revenue targets. • Build, improve, and drive adoption of the digital lead-to-order process, including lead routing, needs assessment, digital quoting, Salesforce tracking, follow-up standards, email templates, automation-supported outreach, and conversion reporting. • Partner with business-unit and distribution-focused inside sales teams to improve digital lead handling, quote-to-order conversion, Salesforce activity standards, structured follow-up, and intent-informed outreach. • Use first-party data, third-party data, ZoomInfo or similar sales intelligence tools, customer history, quote activity, site behavior, Salesforce activity, and intent signals to support targeted outreach, prospecting lists, and pipeline creation. • Partner with Sales Operations and cross-functional teams to reduce manual process gaps and define business requirements for Salesforce visibility, reporting, automation, quote tracking, call activity, and workflow improvements. • Support retain-and-grow programs by identifying first-time buyers, lapsed customers, repeat purchase opportunities, high-potential accounts, and cross-sell opportunities, while sharing voice-of-customer insights to improve content, follow-up materials, FAQs, and buying guidance. • Identify practical ways to use AI tools to improve prospect research, account prioritization, personalization, follow-up quality, workflow efficiency, documentation, and reporting.

• Own reconciliations and monthly activity for assigned accounts, including prepaids, commissions, and rebate reserves • Prepare recurring journal entries and month-end accruals • Administer distributor rebate programs and review customer deductions and claims for contract compliance • Serve as a key point of contact for intercompany transactions with trading partners • Partner with non-finance stakeholders to determine the correct accounting treatment for sales deductions and expenses • Support year-end audit requests by preparing schedules, documentation, and account support for assigned areas • Compile information needed for state and local sales tax filings across monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual cycles • Help maintain strong internal controls by following and reinforcing company policies and procedures

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including credit management, cash application and collections • Supervise, train, and mentor staff, ensuring high performance and professional development • Lead efforts to implement FIS GETPAID, an AR automation tool • Develop and execute collection strategies to reduce delinquency and improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) • Review escalated customer issues, provide solutions and facilitate collections • Partner with Sales and Customer Service to resolve payment issues • Oversee accurate cash applications and reconcile unapplied cash • Perform financial and credit analysis regarding new customer applications • Audit delinquent accounts to ensure maximum efforts have been made before assigning bad-debt status • Support the month-end close process by preparing AR related reports and analysis • Prepare monthly reports for senior leadership on AR aging, collection metrics and cash flow forecasts • Monitor, recommend and drive ERP enhancements to increase efficiency
