Clinical Quality Performance Data Operations Analyst

• The Analyst, Performance Data Operations serves as the core data analyst behind Aledade’s Quality performance improvement initiatives, managing data workflows and analysis in support of the Quality team. • Operating independently within established processes, this role informs the design, execution, and continuous improvement of initiatives that advance quality outcomes for all Aledade patients by bridging raw data, operational workflows, and organizational strategy. • Core functions include collaborating on cross-functional projects to embed quality measures into standard operations, leading user experience working groups to enhance analytics, and managing cross-function coordination across field, quality, and data teams. • Responsibilities extend to building high-impact quality analytics, writing complex queries, and supporting the design of patient outcome metrics. • Furthermore, this role is responsible for facilitating cross-functional working sessions and presenting clear, compelling narratives to both executives and field teams to drive performance management.

• The Clinical Risk Educator performs qualitative retrospective chart reviews for prioritized practices to ensure complete and accurate clinical documentation, utilizing quantitative measures to track the frequency and types of documentation errors and gaps. By analyzing review outcomes, they pinpoint specific areas for improvement in coding and clinical documentation while identifying trends and patterns that may indicate systemic issues or training needs. This role involves synthesizing concise, high-level summaries to illustrate findings, highlighting critical areas of concern, and prioritizing recommendations for improvement. Additionally, the Educator conducts educational sessions for Aledade ACO member practices and their key staff—delivered either in person or virtually—covering review findings, clinical documentation, and risk adjustment concepts. • Serve as an individual contributor on the Risk Education team, collaborating with team members to develop and update educational materials related to clinical documentation for both internal and external audiences, inclusive of reference guides, slide decks, and toolkits. Conduct ongoing annual reviews of repository content to ensure alignment with CMS regulatory updates. • Research, investigate and remain up to date on both clinical and coding guidelines as they relate to clinician documentation improvement. • Serve as a resource for appropriate clinical documentation and coding practices for assigned region.
• Drive the creation of payer-specific marketing materials, including Payer snapshots/one pagers, templates, and internal documents. Senior Technical Product Manager, Patient Engagement Experimentation

• As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will be a key member of the team that designs technical, service and content solutions to support Aledade’s various lines of business with a focus on Medicare patients. • The Senior Technical Product Manager will own the test-and-learn infrastructure that determines what works across our outreach modalities, improve our approach to rapid experimentation cycles, and then apply those insights to continuously optimize our growing portfolio of agentic AI outreach. • You will help push data-driven decision-making through ownership of our end-to-end customer data, reporting, and measurement. • This will require close collaboration with Business analytics, Impact Analytics, and business partners on patient outreach success metrics, owning APIs both internal and 3rd party that provide insights into patient outreach usage and outcomes. • You will partner closely with product managers in our patient outreach channels to design the experimentation approach for patient acquisition and engagement, building evidence along the way. • As part of this role, you will also be creating feedback loops for the human QA teams to ensure reliability of our experiments and scaled AI-outreach products. • This role ensures that Aledade creates a high-quality product with the ability to scale. • You are a patient engagement optimization expert who combines deep A/B testing expertise across multi-channel outreach (SMS, phone, mail, email) with hands-on experience optimizing agentic AI solutions for voice and text-based patient communication. • You will operate our test and learn infrastructure—designing experiments, managing the prioritization process for high volumes of test requests, executing rigorous A/B tests, and partnering with analytics teams to translate insights into actionable optimizations. • As our agentic AI solutions are deployed, this person will take the reins to systematically improve their performance through structured experimentation. • The ideal candidate has scaled test programs in healthcare or consumer health settings, brings strong analytical fluency to interpret results and guide strategy, understands the nuances of patient engagement funnels, and can balance scientific rigor with operational velocity to drive measurable improvements in enrollment, activation, and retention. • We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the U.S. or from our headquarters office in Bethesda, MD.
• Provide essential operational support that keeps our ACO running smoothly while directly contributing to healthcare transformation initiatives. • Prepare high-level board presentations, coordinate key events like ACO retreats and kick-offs, and design critical reports using business intelligence tools. • Monitor compliance activities, support leadership on special projects, and serve as the operational backbone ensuring seamless communication across all levels of the organization, from board meetings to provider communications. • Gain valuable exposure to strategic decisions that shape the future of value-based care.
• Conduct & handle high-volume outbound and inbound calls with patients, providers, and pharmacies using established scripts and protocols while meeting and sustaining performance goals (i.e. calls/hour, call quality, etc.) • Collaborate with patients to actively problem-solve, identify and remove barriers to medication adherence (i.e. cost, forgetfulness, or lack of perceived need) and/or escalate clinical barriers to a pharmacist • Overcome patient objectives and reluctance through influence, empathy, and education to secure patient commitment to medication adherence. • Proactively coordinate with medical providers or pharmacies as needed to ensure prescription refills occur as scheduled. • Accurately document all interactions, outcomes, and identified barriers in appropriate systems. • Identify opportunities to enhance pharmacy workflows and processes • Participate in training and peer-to-peer learning opportunities to build subject matter expertise in pharmacy quality metrics (e.g., STARs) • Provide feedback, share best practices, and assist employees to support achievement of program, departmental, and organizational goals
