• Manage communications with team members regarding initial/ongoing information and status. • Assist Client Services team to support the development of new business initiatives, identifying opportunities for organic growth within your assigned account. • Coordinate pitch presentations and request for proposals. • Lead point of contact for assigned projects within the client account. • Implement projects to promote and ensure the success and profitability of your client's deliverables. • Support client services' efforts by managing projects, collaborating with the Project Management team to develop timelines, communicate milestones and identify possible red flags in projects. • Drive the daily activities of a project by managing project scope, scope change, and potential project roadblocks, according to timeline and budgets. • Coordinate and participate in content planning meetings with key content experts. • Daily client contact, prepare client contact reports and summarize next steps. • Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory review process to ensure promotional items adhere to medical/regulatory/legal compliance. Contribute to the creation of client proposals, budgets and reconciliations and monitor budget including direct/labor costs; checking for out of scope items and hours. • Assist with financial and forecasting reporting preparation.

• The candidate will be responsible for supporting software quality assurance across applications, platforms, and business units. • The role involves designing and executing test cases, developing and maintaining automation scripts, and ensuring product quality through structured validation processes. • Collaborate closely with development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to validate requirements, identify defects, and ensure delivery of high-quality, reliable solutions. • Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of test strategies, automation frameworks, and QA processes.

• Define and champion an innovative marketing vision and roadmap to position Precision as a leader in the industry. • Craft and execute an integrated, data-driven marketing strategy to enhance lead generation, and brand visibility. • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging market opportunities to refine and future-proof Precision's marketing strategy. • Partner closely with the business unit and other senior leaders to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business objectives. • Define clear metrics to evaluate marketing performance and support data-driven decision-making. • Oversee and strategically manage the marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum impact. • Develop and implement a events-based awareness and lead gen strategy for conferences, webinars, and industry events to maximize Precision’s visibility and influence. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure Precision’s participation in high-profile sponsorships, speaking engagements, panels, and industry discussions. • Leverage event analytics to measure success, gather feedback, and continuously optimize event strategies for maximum impact. • Establish Precision as an authoritative voice in industry through strategic thought leadership initiatives. • Oversee the strategy for high-value thought leadership content, such as white papers, case studies, blogs, and industry reports. • Guide PR agency with intel to develop and execute a PR strategy to promote key achievements, partnerships, experts, and innovations through media outreach, press releases, and news features. • Design strategy and guide team to develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns informed by market insights, customer feedback, and business priorities. • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage martech tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Ads for superior campaign performance. • Lead website optimization efforts to ensure alignment with Precision's branding and business goals.

• Supervise the overall monthly project accounting efforts • Review & reconcile new contracts & assess related contracts/projects • Review/Address concerns around project tracking/funds compared to project budgets • Set up new clients in accounting systems and files • Review intercompany revenue/cost transactions • Manage Interco contract execution • Manage business unit(s) project revenues • Prepare monthly project revenue forecast • Manage client invoicing based on contracts • Review and submit monthly client accruals • Assist with ad hoc projects as applicable, including the annual budget preparation • Collaborate with FP&A as applicable

• Stand up and scale a high-performing engineering team • Own day-to-day engineering operations: sprint delivery, technical quality, capacity planning • Drive technical excellence: architecture decisions, code quality, DevOps/GitOps practices, production reliability • Be the primary escalation point for technical blockers, cross-team dependencies and delivery risks • Partner with the SVP on hiring, team development, vendor relationships and strategic planning • Establish and enforce engineering practices: such as code review, branching strategy, CI/CD, testing, documentation, incident management. • Ensure production systems meet SLAs. Establish monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes.

Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with our medallion data architecture. • Establish and enforce engineering practices: such as code review, branching strategy, CI/CD, testing, documentation, incident management. • Serve as the engineering interface to Insights Hub, Evidence Solutions, Product Solutions, and IT. Translate business requirements into technical scope.

• Assume primary lead for the client upon client acceptance of proposal • Maintain and manage business opportunities with existing clients • Develop client agendas and slide presentations • Lead and/or support calls with client and LMR, faculty, and/or content experts regarding content and direction • Review and forward status/contact reports to client after each client contact • Develop project briefs and scope of work for clients and internal team members • Provide direction to support team on all aspects of project management to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded • Manage projects by utilizing approved internal project briefs, proposal templates, and budget tools • Collaborate with internal team on overall project plan, objectives, milestones, and deliverables • Function as internal team leader ensuring all members of the team work together smoothly and effectively • Mentor personnel at the Associate Account Executive, Account Executive, and/or Senior Account Executive levels • Conduct performance reviews, prepare development plan, and set goals for direct reports as applicable • Work with Client Services leadership and Strategy to help identify market opportunities • Develop proposals, budgets, and reconciliations • Monitor budgets including direct costs, labor costs, fee, and out-of-pocket expenses to ensure team members/direct reports are managing assigned budgeted labor hours and direct costs • Ensure the highest standards of quality control of client materials
