• Serve as the primary operations partner to the President, Global Epilepsy—translating enterprise priorities into clear action plans, decision pathways, and executive-ready deliverables. • Lead and create board-level, investor-facing, and enterprise strategy presentations, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compelling executive narratives. • Manage the President’s annual operating rhythm, including strategic planning cycles, business reviews, performance check-ins, and SLT governance routines. • Independently design, facilitate, and run highly effective Senior Leadership Team (SLT) meetings, including agenda development, pre-reads, decision tracking, and post-meeting execution accountability. • Maintain operating discipline across the Epilepsy leadership team by establishing standards for alignment, communication, and performance measurement. • Act as the connector across Commercial, Marketing, R&D, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, and HEMAR to ensure that business priorities are integrated, sequenced appropriately, and progressing as planned. • Anticipate interdependencies, risks, and operational barriers—mobilizing cross-functional partners to proactively address challenges and keep high-visibility initiatives on track. • Lead or oversee complex, high-priority programs on behalf of the President, including strategic initiatives, transformation efforts, and accelerated execution needs. • Provide structure to ambiguous or undefined business problems by framing critical questions, conducting research, synthesizing insights, and presenting recommendation-ready solutions. • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the President and leadership team, offering objective viewpoints, strategic insight, and operational clarity. • Prepare leadership for key internal and external engagements, including enterprise forums, global conferences, customer-facing events, and advisory boards. • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance reviews to provide ongoing visibility into business progress, functional execution, and enterprise alignment. • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and transparent communication across the Epilepsy organization. • Model and promote a diverse, inclusive, and high-trust workplace culture aligned with the LivaNova Strategic and Human Imperatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
- 10+ years of experience working with senior leaders in project management or other chief of staff type positions —ideally Director level roles in the medical or medical device space—with a standout track record of leading and delivering high-profile, high-stakes initiatives.
- Proven ability to influence and energize cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects with precision and momentum.
- Dynamic facilitator with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to drive clarity, alignment, and action in every setting.
- Powerful executive presence, with the confidence and credibility to engage and influence C-suite and senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategy into operational execution that accelerates enterprise outcomes.
