Role Description Northrop Grumman is seeking an experienced Senior Change Management Project Manager to lead strategic change initiatives within the Enterprise Global Supply Chain organization. This individual will play a critical role in driving successful transformation efforts by developing and implementing change management strategies that improve adoption, minimize resistance, and enhance organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of change management principles, stakeholder engagement, digital deployment initiatives, and organizational development strategies. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, Applied Project Management, or related field and minimum 9 years of relevant experience OR Master’s Degree and 7 years of relevant experience. - Demonstrated understanding of change management frameworks such as PROSCI, ADKAR, or Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model. - Experience delivering large-scale transformation programs and driving adoption across multi-business-unit, cross-functional environments. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, including presentation delivery, with the ability to influence at all levels. - Experience in developing and delivering training programs related to change management. - Proven ability to support an evolving set of projects and priorities while maintaining a strong professional presence. Requirements - Experience in supply chain, aerospace, defense, or a similarly regulated industry. - Proven experience leading enterprise-scale, technology-driven change across complex, matrixed organizations. - Project/Program management experience and ability to work in an Agile environment. Project Management Professional, Project Management Institute Certification a plus. - Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci Change Management Certification). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess change impact and effectiveness. - Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to function independently, meet deadlines, and achieve commitments. - Ability to obtain a US Government Secret security clearance.
