• Own end-to-end labeling activities for Neuromodulation product portfolios, including updates, remediation, and lifecycle maintenance • Lead EU MDR labeling activities, including gap assessments, remediation plans, and implementation • Define and maintain global labeling strategies aligned with FDA, EU MDR, and international regulatory requirements • Lead global translation and localization processes, including vendor management and oversight • Support internal and external audits (FDA, Notified Body, MDSAP) • Develop, review, and maintain product labeling documentation, including Physician and Patient Instructions for Use (IFUs), Package labeling and implant cards, Software UI text and labeling content • Ensure labeling aligns with product requirements, intended use, and regulatory standards • Manage labeling review, approval, and release processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance • Own and maintain UDI strategy and implementation across all therapies, including DI/GTIN assignment and lifecycle management • Coordinate with Operations, IT, and Supply Chain to ensure successful labeling implementation • Define and oversee labeling verification and validation activities • Collaborate with QA and verification teams to ensure labeling accuracy and completeness

• Achieve sales objectives (orders, revenue, margin and customer satisfaction). • Oversee all local operations and ensure the financial performance of your territory. • Implement LivaNova’s commercial strategy and identify new growth opportunities. • Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure alignment of priorities. • Develop and manage the network of local distributors and partners. • Manage relationships with local authorities, government institutions and key opinion leaders (KOLs). • Analyze market dynamics and competition to propose appropriate development actions. • Produce regular reports on business performance. • Ensure compliance with LivaNova’s policies and ethical standards.

• Develop and maintain peer-to-peer collaborations and relationships with key stakeholders in the medical and scientific communities. • Develop an understanding of the regional landscape including specialties involved in care of patients. • Generate and execute tactical regional plans to provide needs based, value-added support of the medical and scientific community in line with company goals. • Support clinical development initiatives including investigator-initiated research (IIR) and LivaNova-sponsored clinical studies and registries (e.g., site identification, trial recruitment, and presentation of final approved data). • Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders on Medical Affairs-led initiatives including publications, advisory boards, medical education (e.g., CME) opportunities, training, and speaker development. • Identify, profile, prioritize and map thought leaders in line with strategic initiatives and goals. • Support external stakeholders with up-to-date medical information, robust disease expertise, and product information, including providing fair and balanced responses to requests for scientific information. • Communicate clinical insights on new data to inform clinical and market development strategy for the therapeutic area. • Serve as scientific peer-to-peer resource to external disease experts and internal stakeholders. • Train internal stakeholders on key scientific and medical topics in relevant therapeutic area. • Maintain effective and appropriate communication among internal stakeholders while maintaining full compliance with relevant requirements. • Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of MSL action plans and key performance metrics.

Role Description This position will report to a Sr. Manager or Director of Internal Audit and will be responsible for conducting audits and related activities in accordance with an annual audit plan prepared by the VP of Internal Audit and approved by the LivaNova Audit Committee. - Assists and supports the organization in complying with, as well as the ongoing preparation, testing and monitoring of conformance to, the requirements of government regulations and/or regulatory agencies. - Performs evaluation of internal operations, controls, communications, risk assessments and maintenance of documentation as related to regulatory compliance and recommends appropriate changes. - Conducts and facilitates internal and external audits to identify, evaluate, disclose and appropriately remedy risks and deficiencies. - Coordinates the preparation of and may prepare document packages for regulatory submissions from all areas of company as well as for internal and external audits and inspections. - May serve as point of contact for interactions with regulatory agencies for defined matters. Qualifications - Three to five years in public accounting or in an internal audit role with exposure to U.S. listed companies. - Mastery of the English language and excellent oral and written communication skills. - Prefer CIA or CPA or equivalent certifications. - Experience in analyzing and evaluating internal controls and operational systems. - Experience with data analytics in an audit environment. - Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP. - Knowledge of AuditBoard and SAP is a plus. - Experience in a manufacturing and/or regulatory environment is a plus. - International mindset and cross-cultural working attitude. • Support advocacy efforts with commercial and governmental payers for a defined region or assigned payers on the coverage and payment adequacy of LivaNova associated procedures and technologies. • Advocates for optimal coverage policies for LivaNova products and procedures with commercial and government payers. • Advocate and lobby state Medicaid agencies and legislatures for adequate procedure payment. • Collate and summarize existing clinical and economic evidence to support product positioning. • Support the development of tools and messaging to advocate for comprehensive coverage and adequate payment rates; including, dossiers, budget impact models, reimbursement guides, etc. • Work closely and in alignment to US commercial colleagues in sales and marketing. • Communicate evidence requirements and reimbursement landscape to internal stakeholders. • Monitor, analyze, and influence health care policy to ensure policy environment supports medical innovation. • Provide training and education programs on reimbursement best practices and health policy issues to internal stakeholders and provide training and education to the sales force, physicians, office administrators and hospital personnel. • Develops relationships with professional societies, medical associations, advocacy groups, thought leaders and trade groups for the purposes of driving comprehensive coverage and adequate payment of LivaNova products and procedures.

• Support programming activities for multiple projects on clinical study reports and publications • Accountable for clinical statistical programming deliverables and for ensuring excellence in programming activities in terms of quality and timelines for clinical trials under the responsibility of Statistics & Data Management • Collaborate with Statistics, Data Management, Clinical, and vendor teams to clarify requirements and resolve data or programming issues • Develop, validate, and maintain SAS programs in accordance with study requirements, internal standards, and SOPs • Contribute to the creation, validation, and documentation of SDTM and ADaM datasets • Responsible for producing programming outputs, validation, and related documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability • Ensure deliverables meet expectations in terms of timelines and quality, regulatory and key user group requirements (e.g., CDISC), operational efficiency, and alignment with the study's clinical and statistical objectives • Provide input into SAP, analysis specifications, and data presentations for clinical trials • Support ongoing workflow modernization, migration activities, and standardization initiatives • Participate in process improvement activities related to programming efficiency, quality, and standardization
