The Director of Business Operations plays a hands-on role at the intersection of strategy and execution, leading business operations through deep process analysis, data, BI, and AI-driven automation. This role combines business analysis expertise with operational leadership to drive productivity, profitability, and scalable growth. Key Responsibilities Hands-on leadership of global business operations, designing and implementing smart, scalable, data-driven processes. Act as a senior Business Analyst, leading end-to-end process analysis, requirements definition, and optimization across Sales, Delivery, Finance, and HR. Requirements & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Business Analysis, Information Systems–oriented roles. Proven hands-on experience in process analysis, BI, and operational systems — not only management. Strong background in process design, requirements gathering, KPI definition, and BI reporting. Experience working with CRM, ERP, data platforms, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.). Familiarity with AI, automation, and data-driven operational models. Experience in tech services environments (Cloud, DevOps, SaaS, AI). Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect business needs to systems and data. Global mindset and experience working across regions and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Design, build, and own KPI & BI frameworks, including dashboards and reporting layers, integrating CRM, ERP, and data platforms.
- Lead process mapping, gap analysis, and business requirements for automation and AI initiatives.
- Implement AI-powered tools and predictive analytics to improve decision-making, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and business leaders to translate strategy into measurable, data-backed execution plans.
- Standardize and continuously improve global operational processes across Israel, EMEA, and NAMER.
