About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Lead with strong experience in on-page, off-page, local, and technical SEO, and a proven ability to drive organic traffic and improve search visibility using data-driven strategies. This role requires someone who can take ownership of SEO strategy and execution, contribute to process improvement, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver consistent, measurable results for multiple clients. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable managing SEO initiatives end to end. Experience in US based Digital Marketing Agency. What you’ll be doing: - Create, implement, and optimize SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and conversions - Continuously test, analyze, and refine SEO tactics based on performance data - Execute and oversee on-page, off-page, local, and technical SEO initiatives - Use performance metrics and analytics to evaluate SEO results and identify opportunities for improvement - Conduct keyword research, site audits, and content optimization initiatives - Align SEO efforts with broader marketing goals to ensure measurable business outcomes - Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining quality and consistency Who are we looking for? - Minimum 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience - Fluent in spoken and written English - Strong experience in on-page, off-page, local, and technical SEO - Proven expertise in keyword research, content strategy, link building, and SEO audits - Experience managing multiple client SEO campaigns simultaneously - Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush) Position: SEO Lead Working Hours: 9 am to 5 pm EST Holidays: US Federal Holidays Salary: USD 1200 - USD 1600 per month Internal Job ID: 1232
