You've experimented with AI agents, built workflows in tools like Clay or n8n, and get excited when you figure out a smarter way to do something. - AI-native and hungry to learn You're already using AI to do your job - prompting models, building research pipelines, automating repetitive tasks. You follow the space closely and have opinions on what's actually useful versus hype. - Commercially sharp You understand what makes a prospect ready to buy and can have a real conversation with a VP of Marketing at a venue or a Head of Partnerships at a venue. You earn build relationships quickly and can capitalize on them. - Resilient and self-directed You don't need a manager to tell you what to do. You understand your targets, track your progress, and hold yourself accountable.
