About this role We are seeking a motivated and skilled Data Center Service Engineer to support our expanding data center sites across North America. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the equipment being installed for data center customers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Additionally, you will play an integral part in training and mentoring technicians involved in new data center start-ups. Key Responsibilities - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data center equipment at multiple sites. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data center operations and resolve escalated issues. - Assist in onboarding and training technical staff for data center start-up projects. - Provide customer training for our customers and their staff on the equipment operation and maintenance. - Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures at all times. Overview DecisionPoint seeks a Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, monitoring, and sustainment of secure, high-availability network environments supporting a Department of Defense (DoD) enterprise modernization initiative. This effort enhances information sharing, system performance, and operational continuity for Casualty and Mortuary Affairs (CMA) mission systems across multiple Service components.
