Role Description ERAC is advancing to the next phase of its data and analytics journey, building on a strong foundation to more deeply leverage data, analytics, and emerging technologies (AI/ML) to address critical business challenges and unlock new sources of value. The Data & Analytics Leader will champion enterprise analytics strategy and serve as a catalyst for data-driven transformation. • Manage buying of unserviceable engines, aircraft, and portfolio of aircraft & engines • Formulate and execute proposal strategy and purchase agreements • Lead customer negotiations and identify new opportunities • Understand used engine market pricing dynamics • Lead all activities related to engine trading including deal negotiation and contracting • Establish and maintain relationships internally and externally
