• Manage accurate and timely payroll tax filing, reporting, and remittance across multiple jurisdictions • Manage Strada and ADP vendor performance, enforcing accountability and providing leadership on high-priority payroll tax research and issue resolution • Help ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and provincial payroll tax requirements in a complex, high-volume environment • Research and resolve payroll tax notices, discrepancies, amendments, and agency inquiries with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Review and maintain payroll tax setup in systems such as Workday and ADP Smart Compliance to support accurate withholding and reporting and system configuration • Support quarterly and year-end payroll tax activities, including reconciliations and required tax filings • Monitor payroll tax law and regulatory changes and help implement updates to processes and systems as needed • Partner closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, vendors, and tax agencies to resolve issues and support smooth payroll tax operations • Assist with audits by preparing reconciliations, documentation, and payroll tax analysis • Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and enhance employee experience • Provide responsive support for employee and stakeholder payroll tax questions while delivering excellent customer service

• Provide on-site support to the Colombian military to start up a T700 depot facility supporting helicopter engine repair. • Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns. • Establish and maintain on-site relationships to provide ongoing technical and business support. • Includes direct customer interaction and coordination, utilizing in-depth knowledge of engine installation, operation and troubleshooting. • Create presentations and spreadsheets that utilize pivot tables and Pareto charts to assist in drilling down to find root causes for issues and create lasting solutions. • Self-motivated, highly detailed, and uses best practices to achieve goals while integrating well with others.

Role Description The Senior Software Engineer for Avionics Tools leads projects and initiatives with broad scope and high impact to the business. In Avionic Tools, the Senior Software Engineer is the technology focal point and a leader who drives collaboration between design teams, quality team, and customer teams for the purposes of innovative design, quality software, and maintainability. You will be responsible for driving rigor, technical quality, and engineering excellence by engaging with cross-functional engineering stakeholders to constructively manage and resolve complex issues within the various teams. In this role, you will support both commercial and military programs. Roles and Responsibilities: - Provide technical consultation and leadership during the design process. - Provide leadership and guidance in the design, development, and verification processes. - Communicate with business leaders and key stakeholders as needed to keep them apprised and updated on critical issues related to valves and actuators. - Lead and engage with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) teams.
