• Co-develop & implement processes relating to readiness and capacity with airfoils castings suppliers • Lead the implementation of processes with specific airfoils casting suppliers • Ensure understanding of current state and a plan to meet global requirements as demand increases • Develop joint operating rhythms with priority suppliers • Establish technical and executive escalation pathways • Lead detailed capability and capacity assessments • Align on capacity investments (tooling/dies, furnaces/presses, NDE assets) • Partner with Design Engineering, Casting Technologists and Quality on tooling qualification and producibility • Own alignment and capacity readiness to long range forecasts • Build action plans and apply structured problem solving to alleviate constraints • Improve SQDC performance with a focus on OTD, FPY, lead time, past dues, and cost adherence
• Own maintenance of Standard work library and maintain it up to date with the latest version of documentation. • Establish rhythm and standards for periodic reviews and updates. • Owns Change management standard work that incorporates interdependence between DJIs across the Capture process. • Create an intake process for change requests as well as an approval process for changes with stakeholder buyoff. • Owns Deal Factory Process Communications: facilitates monthly newsletters as well as change management communications. • Executes monthly status reports related to orders, cash, and T&L. • Facilitates engagement with Regional Capture leaders to maintain orders and cash forecasts in partnership with capture and contracts teams. • Run monthly T&L reporting and forecast in collaboration with accountable leaders in the org. • Support CRM strategy and roadmap projects in support of SFDC consolidation and business transformation efforts.
• Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns covering a wide variety of support issues related to depot level tooling, maintenance, repair, and management of T700 engines as required • Establish and maintain on-site relationships to provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers • Includes direct customer interaction and coordination, utilizing in-depth knowledge of engine installation, operation and troubleshooting to help the customer quickly resolve issues and stay on schedule • Create presentations and spreadsheets that utilize pivot tables and Pareto charts to assist in drilling down to find root cause for issues and create lasting solutions • Self-motivated, highly detailed and uses best practices to achieve goals while integrating well with others
• Lead source change management for an assigned portfolio of hardware, suppliers, and/or programs • Drive execution of new product introduction activities, including design and configuration changes • Partner with internal functions and suppliers to develop milestone plans, track execution, resolve risks, and deliver quality and delivery outcomes • Translate source change priorities into actionable plans based on customer impact • Identify execution gaps, escalate issues, and drive corrective actions • Provide regular updates to ensure supply overlap, production readiness, and successful implementation of source changes • Represent supplier readiness in integrated product team and program discussions • Apply sourcing, procurement, and operational knowledge to support decisions
• Identify, deconstruct, and re-implement high-value manual processes using AI agents, LLMs, and modern automation • Embed with domain experts to observe and document actual workflows • Distinguish genuine expertise and edge-case reasoning from ritual, habit, and cargo-cutting • Audit legacy/bespoke tooling — identify what they do vs. what people think they do • Design replacements using AI-native approaches (LLM pipelines, vision models, structured extraction) where appropriate • Manage graceful deprecation of legacy tools without disrupting active operations • Architect multi-step AI agent workflows that decompose complex expert tasks into verifiable stages • Build evaluation frameworks that compare agent output against expert baselines • Design the Human-in-the-Loop topology, which decisions require human approval, review, or override • Define escalation thresholds, audit trails, and feedback loops that improve the system over time
• Own product strategy, roadmap definition, and cross-functional execution for development of an AI-enabled software solution • Lead product strategy and roadmap development for an agentic airspace design software solution • Translate current-state flight path design workflows into a future-state product vision • Define and prioritize product requirements for critical workflow capabilities • Partner with flight path design experts, software engineers, AI specialists, avionics stakeholders, customers, and internal teams • Own product backlog development, feature sequencing, and tradeoff decisions • Build the product business case and support development of reusable workflows
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of applicable design criteria, regulatory requirements, standards, and processes for instrument flight procedure development, including FAA, ICAO PANS-OPS, and state criteria as applicable • Design, evaluate, and review new and existing instrument flight procedures, ensuring compliance, safety, and operational suitability • Apply a strong understanding of aeronautical charts, topographic mapping, coordinate systems, terrain, obstacle, and navigation data in support of procedure and route design • Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve or automate flight path design tasks, including data ingestion, design validation, quality checks, and workflow efficiency • Partner with internal teams across engineering, product, digital/IT, data science, and AI to scope, pilot, validate, and deploy tools that support advanced procedure design, workflow modernization, and dynamic trajectory planning • Work closely with the Product Manager - Agentic Airspace Design to translate operational flight path design knowledge into product requirements, use cases, workflow definitions, prototype feedback, and feature validation criteria • Develop concepts and requirements for moving from static procedures in the AIP to more flexible, data-driven, and potentially dynamic trajectories aligned with emerging industry standards and operational needs • Engage with airlines, ANSPs, airports, regulators, and industry bodies to understand operational objectives, constraints, and future needs, and translate those inputs into actionable requirements for navigation services and flight path design solutions • Represent the business in technical and strategic discussions with customers and partners, helping shape industry thinking around advanced navigation concepts, dynamic trajectory management, and next-generation procedure development • Contribute to business strategy, road mapping, and investment cases for new tools, capabilities, and services, in coordination with product and business leadership • Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality instrument flight procedures, analyses, and navigation solutions • Provide technical leadership, documentation support, and mentoring to procedure designers and related engineering staff • Ensure all work adheres to applicable regulatory, safety, and quality standards and support continuous improvement of internal processes, design practices, standard work, and training materials

Role Description As a Principal Data Governance & Information Architect at General Electric Company, you will play a critical role in shaping our data strategy, ensuring data quality, and establishing robust governance frameworks across the organization. Requirements - Proven expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-level data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. - Deep understanding of data modeling techniques (relational, dimensional, NoSQL) and experience with data modeling tools. - Extensive experience with data quality management, master data management (MDM), and data warehousing concepts and technologies. - Familiarity with various data governance tools and platforms (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Alation). - Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and industry compliance standards. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. - Demonstrated ability to lead complex data initiatives from conception to successful execution. - Experience in a large, complex enterprise environment, preferably within a global organization. - This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
