The Role As a Technical Producer (our term for Email Developer at Stitch), you bridge campaign management and complex implementation. You own advanced Liquid development, Connected Content integrations, multi-channel Canvas builds, landing page development, and advanced Catalog use cases. As AI becomes more dominant in the development community, you are able to leverage AI-tools to gain efficiencies, reverse-engineer scripting languages during platform migrations, build dynamic content solutions, and lead discovery sessions that uncover requirements gaps before they become project risks. You mentor Consultant Technical Producers, set quality standards through your own work, and bring a point of view to every client conversation. What You’ll Do - Lead technical execution: multi-step Canvas builds with AI features, advanced segmentation, Connected Content integrations. - Develop advanced Liquid: looping, nested conditionals, attribute segmentation, Connected Content calls, AI personalization tools. - Build advanced Catalog use cases: exclusion lists, language translations, renderable content, preference center integration. - Own landing page development—front-end HTML + CSS following best practices. - Support or own gamification content development (In-App Messaging). - Reverse-engineer scripting languages (AmpScript, HubL) for platform migration projects. - Lead discovery sessions, identify requirements gaps, recommend KPIs, manage escalated clients. - Create client-ready documentation with 0–1 review cycles. Build internal templates. - Mentor Consultant Technical Producers on methodology, platform best practices, and client communication. - Manage your time to meet billable targets of 36+ hours per week. - Travel up to 20% for client meetings, workshops, and onsite engagements. What You Bring - Excellent HTML + CSS for email (client-ready, 1 QA round) and front-end development (landing pages). - Advanced Liquid: personalization, looping, Connected Content, AI tools, independent troubleshooting. - Advanced Catalogs: exclusion lists, translations, renderable content, preference center, product recs. - Comfortable with all data types in Braze (including arrays and objects). - Connected Content configuration and troubleshooting. - Standard and basic Custom Preference Center development. - Multi-language messaging support. Tag Management. Reporting and engagement metrics. - Independent rendering troubleshooting (dark mode, Outlook, mobile). Escalate edge cases to AP. - Performance testing and optimization. Job Requirements
- 5–9 years of marketing technology consulting experience or applicable experience in email marketing and campaign development.
- Advanced HTML, CSS, and Liquid proficiency.
- Experience with marketing automation or customer engagement platforms. Braze experience is a plus, especially in email creation using Braze’s Drag and Drop Editor
- Client-facing experience within an agency or consultancy required. Experience mentoring junior team members.
- Advanced proficiency in AI code editors such as Cursor.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Target Salary Range $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position.
