In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Define Market Segmentation, market assessment and visibility - Define and execute Strategic vision for the country and for the Team - Ensure the business within the assigned territory is managed and done in a compliant way and any deviation observed should be reported - Work with cepheid team to manage and grow Cepheid business in all healthcare markets including, but not limited to, regional and local reference laboratories, large multi-specialty clinics, women’s clinics, other physician office laboratories, community healthcare clinics, college and university student health centers, long term care facilities, STD clinics, urgent care/walk-in clinics, jails and prisons, public health laboratories, hospitals and free standing emergency departments. - Manage forecasting, pricing, and contract negotiations. - Working closely with various cross functions like service, support, operations, Finance The essential requirements of the job include: - The successful candidate must have a minimum 12 years of sales management and/ or marketing experience, managing a team and worked in Direct Market - Experience in healthcare industry required and in in-vitro diagnostics or medical devices field preferred - The candidate needs to be proficient in spoken and written English, other regional languages will be a plus - She / he must be a self-starter, intellectually agile, organized, possess and entrepreneurial spirit, and be able to capture the imagination of others to achieve their goals.
