Job Description

Partner Solutions Architect

Hypatos

• Engage early in partner implementations: not as a permanent participant, but to identify recurring technical gaps and understand where standards need to be established • Design and own our partner-technical framework: reference architectures, implementation standards, and quality checklists that partners can apply independently • Advise the enablement team and lead a technical certification path that develops partner SAs from onboarded to self-sufficient — with clear milestones and measurable outcomes • Lead architecture reviews and technical quality assessments during the build phase, with the explicit aim of making implementations partner-owned over time • Create workshops and best-practice documentation that form the foundation for how we scale delivery quality across the network • Provide field feedback to product and professional services teams to continuously sharpen our standards and close systemic gaps

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, solution architecture, or pre-sales engineering — ideally in AP automation, finance transformation, or ERP ecosystems
  • A builder mentality: energized by creating structures where none exist, not just working within them
  • Hands-on experience developing and reviewing end-to-end solution architectures in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of AP, finance, or GBS processes; SAP or ERP integration experience is a major plus
  • Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and senior business stakeholders
  • Experience working with or within Big Four firms, global systems integrators (SIs), or consulting environments
  • Ability to give direct, constructive feedback to senior partner resources — and to turn that feedback into a repeatable process
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus (especially German)

Benefits

  • Unlimited vacation days
  • Professional development and training opportunities
  • Meal allowance
  • Fitness activities
  • Complimentary beer
