• Own the technical side of the sales cycle: demos, presentations, solution validation, and follow-up • Act as a trusted advisor to customer engineering and business stakeholders • Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights for the Vantage team • Drive escalations by coordinating across engineering, product, and customer success
• Partner with customers to understand their cloud environments and cost-management goals, acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers’ engineering, FinOps, and finance stakeholders • Design and implement scalable cost allocation and tagging strategies across complex environments, including multi-cloud and Kubernetes • Support technical onboarding for complex accounts, partnering closely with Customer Success on advanced use cases • Debug and resolve data ingestion, tagging, and reporting issues in collaboration with Support and Engineering • Build custom solutions, queries, and workflows using Vantage’s APIs, exports, and integrations to unblock customer needs • Surface recurring customer pain points and edge cases to Product and Engineering, contributing to internal tooling, documentation, and repeatable implementation patterns

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close for commercial accounts • Run structured, consultative discovery to understand how prospects think about cloud costs and map Vantage's capabilities to their specific pain • Work closely with the SDR team on inbound pipeline while proactively sourcing your own opportunities • Partner with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success to deliver compelling demos and smooth handoffs • Contribute to playbook development; you'll be one of the first AEs, and what you learn will shape how the team operates • Provide market feedback to Product and Marketing based on what you're hearing in the field
• Build and run a North America sales strategy that captures share in a mature, competitive market. • Translate Vantage's positioning as the Operating System into a regional commercial narrative that lands with retailers, RMN operators, and their advertiser partners. • Expand Vantage's client base by closing strategic partnerships with major North American retailers. • Build relationships with retail media network leaders and C-suite executives, positioning Vantage as the infrastructure their RMN runs on. • Manage the full North American sales funnel, with a healthy and predictable pipeline backed by disciplined CRM hygiene. • Lead complex negotiations, including regional pricing and North American contract specifics (MSAs, localized Data Processing Agreements). • Provide accurate revenue forecasting for the territory to the CRO and executive leadership.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive EMEA-specific sales strategy to capture market share in a fragmented landscape. • Identify and penetrate high-growth markets within the region, tailoring the approach to local retail ecosystems. • Set regional KPIs and revenue targets that align with global company objectives while accounting for local market maturity. • Expand Vantage’s regional client base by securing strategic partnerships with major EMEA retailers. • Cultivate relationships with Retail Media Network Leaders and C-suite executives, positioning Vantage as the bridge for cross-border retail media success. • Act as a thought leader within the EMEA AdTech community, representing Vantage at key regional events and forums. • Recruit, mentor, and scale a diverse, high-performing EMEA team capable of navigating complex, consultative, and multi-lingual sales cycles. • Bridge the gap between regional needs and global product roadmaps, ensuring sales collateral and GTM strategies are localized and effective. • Foster a culture of excellence, providing the coaching necessary to win in a highly competitive enterprise environment. • Manage the full EMEA sales funnel, ensuring a healthy and predictable pipeline through sophisticated CRM hygiene. • Lead complex negotiations, managing regional pricing strategies and contract legalities (e.g., localized Data Processing Agreements).
• You will own and lead the complete lifecycle of post sale customer engagement, including onboarding, adoption, value reviews, and renewal playbooks. As we scale, this will evolve • Become a trusted advisor to Vantage customers, ensuring they maximize the benefit of the Vantage solution • Be the voice of the customer within the Vantage organization, advocating on their behalf to drive timely resolution to support issues, feature enhancement requests, and issues representing friction to broader adoption • Effectively engage at all levels of our customer organization and stakeholder personas to ensure a comprehensive, multi-threaded, engagement model
• Own the content strategy and editorial calendar, aligned to brand visibility (SEO/AEO), product, and pipeline priorities • Create high-credibility, technically accurate top-of-funnel content across formats, including blog posts, data reports, guides, and more • Stay on top of the latest news coming from cloud and AI providers as well as the market to find relevant topics to cover in depth, especially around cost optimization • Develop a strong understanding of Vantage's product value and the technical concepts that matter to our audience, translating them into clear, compelling narratives • Drive organic visibility and win high-intent topics through SEO and AEO; iterate on copy, topics, and publishing formats to drive high quality and high intent traffic that converts • Support marketing with content for campaigns, events, product launches, and partnerships • Work with our design team to tell our story in a visually compelling way • Optimize content performance; refresh and scale top-performing assets • Own Vantage's social media presence and voice • Support comms and PR efforts as needed
• Own validating team capacity and dependency alignment. • Maintain a single source of truth that shows every major milestone across product pillars. • Lead weekly syncs between engineering team leads that surface blockers and dependencies. • Proactively identify "Yellow" projects and facilitate the trade-off conversations between product managers to prevent them from turning "Red." • Ensure handoffs between client services, product, and engineering teams are clean and well documented. • Track "Say/Do" ratios and team velocity to provide leadership with accurate forecasts of when we can hit the next market opportunity. • If necessary, step in to facilitate the decision-making process and get projects unstuck.
• Lead the onboarding and implementation experience for customers. • Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding. • Design scalable architectures using the Vantage platform. • Drive the end-to-end technical outcome of onboarding. • Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain timelines. • Proactively identify and resolve technical blockers or integration hurdles.
