• Develop and implement Hypatos' market entry and growth strategy in the US, aligned with global company objectives. • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in enterprise automation and the use of AI agents. • Build and manage a high-performing US sales team. • Oversee all US operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations. • Recruit, train, and mentor US-based staff.

• Drive product initiatives within the AI Agent Studio: Own selected areas of the AI Agent Builder and HITL interfaces to help enterprise users build, operate, and scale AI agents. • Translate user and business needs into product capabilities: Understand how customers configure agents for different transaction types, how reviewers use the HITL interface, and what business teams need to trust AI automation in mission-critical workflows. Turn these insights into clear product decisions. • Manage product execution end-to-end: Define requirements, write specifications and user stories, leverage AI to produce product designs, manage the backlog, and drive delivery in close collaboration with Engineering, Customer Success, and Delivery teams. • Work hands-on with customers and stakeholders: Collect feedback, analyze usage, validate assumptions, and continuously feed insights back into the product. • Support launch and enablement: Successfully bring new features to market by contributing to documentation, release communications, enablement, and internal/external readiness.

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic consulting and transformation partners • Build and execute joint business plans with partners, focused on pipeline, revenue, and co-sell motion • Develop trusted relationships with senior and executive-level partner stakeholders • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals end-to-end together with sales teams • Enable partner sales and delivery teams to position and implement Hypatos solutions • Represent Hypatos in executive discussions, webinars, and joint market-facing activities • Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Legal to remove blockers and accelerate deals • Continuously improve partner performance through data, forecasting, and structured business reviews

• Collaborate with your Regional Strategic Account Executive to plan the territory and execute plans • Personal prospecting campaigns via phone, tailored email, LinkedIn and video touchpoints • Create and present compelling, industry-specific value propositions that demystify AI technology and demonstrate immediate ROI • Conduct comprehensive analysis of current customer accounts to identify gaps where additional AI modules, processing capacity or user licenses can add value

Deine Aufgaben Your Mission At Hypatos, we build and sell vertical AI Agents that automate document-heavy back-office workflows across core enterprise processes such as Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R). As a (Senior) AI Solution Builder, you take full ownership of designing, building, and scaling these AI Agents on top of the Hypatos platform, turning them into production-grade solutions. Your work directly shapes our core product and is rolled out across our customer base. You operate within the Product organization at the intersection of Engineering, Applied AI, QA and Customer Operations. This is a highly collaborative role — you are the bridge between business problems and technical solutions. Dein Profil Your Profile - Background & Experience: Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Engage early in partner implementations: not as a permanent participant, but to identify recurring technical gaps and understand where standards need to be established • Design and own our partner-technical framework: reference architectures, implementation standards, and quality checklists that partners can apply independently • Advise the enablement team and lead a technical certification path that develops partner SAs from onboarded to self-sufficient — with clear milestones and measurable outcomes • Lead architecture reviews and technical quality assessments during the build phase, with the explicit aim of making implementations partner-owned over time • Create workshops and best-practice documentation that form the foundation for how we scale delivery quality across the network • Provide field feedback to product and professional services teams to continuously sharpen our standards and close systemic gaps

• Lead applied AI research in LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG, embeddings, and multimodal document understanding • Drive productization: transform prototypes into scalable, reliable SaaS and on-prem solutions • Design and refine AI pipelines for automation (prompting, orchestration, validation, continuous learning) • Collaborate with Product, PS, and CS teams to ensure customer requirements translate into robust AI features • Mentor and grow AI engineers, delivery specialists, and researchers; help define team structure • Represent the company’s AI vision internally and externally, including with strategic partners and enterprise clients • Balance experimentation and delivery: move fast, but with enterprise-grade quality
