Deine Aufgaben Your Mission At Hypatos, we build and sell vertical AI Agents that automate document-heavy back-office workflows across core enterprise processes such as Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R). As a (Senior) AI Solution Builder, you take full ownership of designing, building, and scaling these AI Agents on top of the Hypatos platform, turning them into production-grade solutions. Your work directly shapes our core product and is rolled out across our customer base. You operate within the Product organization at the intersection of Engineering, Applied AI, QA and Customer Operations. This is a highly collaborative role — you are the bridge between business problems and technical solutions. Your focus is hands-on execution — turning real-world business problems into robust, production-ready AI workflows using prompt engineering, data, and agentic systems Key Responsibilities - Build AI solutions end-to-end – Design, implement, and continuously improve out-of-the-box AI Agent solutions across P2P, O2C, and R2R processes. - Translate business needs into working AI systems – Partner closely with Product, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and customers to understand real-world requirements and turn them into robust, multi-step automation flows on the Hypatos AI Agent platform. - Own prompt engineering & LLM behavior – Develop, test, and refine prompts, context strategies, and evaluation methods to ensure reliable, high-quality outputs. - Work hands-on with real data & drive quality – Dive into customer data, edge cases, and process variations to make solutions production-ready; define KPIs, evaluate systematically, and optimize for accuracy, robustness, and business impact. - Identify and close gaps – Spot limitations in existing solutions or the platform and work with Product and Engineering to improve them. - Scale solutions – Scale solutions across customers by creating reusable blueprints and enabling our go-to-market and delivery teams. Dein Profil Your Profile - Background & Experience: Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Combined with hands-on experience in Solution Engineering, Technical Product Management, Applied AI/ML, Implementation Consulting, or similar roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. - AI, LLM & Technical Fluency: Strong practical experience with AI/LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot), comfortable working with APIs, JSON, and data structures, hands-on experience with scripting or coding, and the ability to translate business problems into structured prompts and systematically improve outputs. - Builder & Execution Mindset: You enjoy building things end-to-end — hands-on, execution-driven, with deep focus and attention to detail; you dive into complex problems, maintain high concentration over extended periods, and deliver precise, high-quality results. - Process & Systems Understanding: You quickly grasp business processes and translate them into structured, scalable automation logic, with a solid understanding of how they are implemented in enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce. - Startup Mindset & Collaboration: You thrive in fast-paced, demanding environments, take full ownership, and work effectively across Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders to ship impactful solutions. • Engage early in partner implementations: not as a permanent participant, but to identify recurring technical gaps and understand where standards need to be established • Design and own our partner-technical framework: reference architectures, implementation standards, and quality checklists that partners can apply independently • Advise the enablement team and lead a technical certification path that develops partner SAs from onboarded to self-sufficient — with clear milestones and measurable outcomes • Lead architecture reviews and technical quality assessments during the build phase, with the explicit aim of making implementations partner-owned over time • Create workshops and best-practice documentation that form the foundation for how we scale delivery quality across the network • Provide field feedback to product and professional services teams to continuously sharpen our standards and close systemic gaps

• Implement AI solutions using OOTB products and standard approaches • Execute technical project phases according to defined timelines and budgets • Manage scope adherence and prevent scope creep through technical controls • Ensure all technical deliverables meet quality and standards requirements • Own technical implementation from handoff through go-live • Coordinate technical activities across project phases • Manage technical resources and timeline commitments • Provide regular status updates on technical delivery progress • Implement and maintain technical standards across all deliveries • Ensure compliance with architectural and design guidelines • Drive adoption of approved tools, methods, and practices • Act as owner of technical implementation excellence • Interface with customers on technical implementation requirements • Collaborate with Solution Architects on technical feasibility and design • Work with Technical Support Engineers to ensure smooth solution handoff • Coordinate with Center of Excellence on delivery readiness • Enhance and maintain self-help repositories such as knowledge bases, Q&As, and learning platforms • Collaborate closely with the Product Team to ensure strong feedback loops • Work with the AI Context Team to boost the accuracy and performance of machine learning models and product offerings.

• Lead applied AI research in LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG, embeddings, and multimodal document understanding • Drive productization: transform prototypes into scalable, reliable SaaS and on-prem solutions • Design and refine AI pipelines for automation (prompting, orchestration, validation, continuous learning) • Collaborate with Product, PS, and CS teams to ensure customer requirements translate into robust AI features • Mentor and grow AI engineers, delivery specialists, and researchers; help define team structure • Represent the company’s AI vision internally and externally, including with strategic partners and enterprise clients • Balance experimentation and delivery: move fast, but with enterprise-grade quality

• Manage a selected portfolio of strategic accounts in the EMEA/DACH region • Maintain existing customer relationships • Identify new business opportunities • Work closely with partners

• Own the tech-touch customer portfolio – Act as the primary owner for a defined base of tech-touch customers, ensuring strong adoption, engagement, and retention through scalable motions. • Design and launch tech-touch programs – Research, plan, coordinate, and execute tech-touch Customer Success service programs that drive onboarding, product adoption, renewal, and expansion. • Build segmented engagement approaches – Craft structured and segmented approaches to engaging customers and delivering self-guided success journeys tailored to different customer needs. • Deliver personalized experiences at scale – Help customers feel valued and supported through targeted communications, health scoring, usage triggers, and automated success plays. • Monitor customer health and risks – Track product usage, customer health signals, and risk indicators; proactively trigger the right lifecycle motions. • Identify and drive growth opportunities – Proactively detect expansion opportunities within the portfolio and actively drive them forward in close partnership with Sales. • Drive scalable CS excellence – Continuously improve playbooks, lifecycle programs, and automation initiatives that increase efficiency and customer impact. • Bring the voice of the customer – Aggregate patterns and feedback from the scaled customer base and share actionable insights with Product and Engineering. • Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with RevOps, Marketing, Product, and the broader CS team to continuously optimize the customer journey. • Continuously learn and grow – Build deep expertise in Customer Success, AI, and automation, preparing for future ownership of more complex customer segments.

• Build trusted relationships with executives and senior stakeholders and help them achieve measurable business outcomes. • Develop and implement success plans that drive adoption, retention, and customer value. • Conduct executive and business reviews, present findings, and derive actionable recommendations. • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities that promote expansion and growth. • Create playbooks, best practices, and processes to elevate Customer Success Management at Hypatos. • Communicate insights and feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve our AI platform. • Work closely with Solution Consulting, Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience. • Track trends in Customer Success, AI, and automation and share your knowledge with customers and colleagues.

• Conduct comprehensive quality reviews of AI solution deliveries • Establish and maintain quality gates across delivery phases • Ensure all deliverables meet quality criteria and satisfy business requirements • Drive continuous improvement of quality processes and standards • Master prompt engineering techniques and optimization strategies • Optimize AI model performance and accuracy for customer use cases • Develop and maintain prompt libraries and best-practice guidelines • Lead application performance improvements and optimization initiatives • Analyze business requirements and ensure technical solutions deliver measurable value • Measure and report on business value delivery and ROI • Serve as the quality liaison during customer acceptance processes • Provide business-focused recommendations for solution optimization • Support customer success through performance monitoring and enhancements

• Define project playbooks/guidelines, including phases, scope, budget and schedule. • Ensure compliance with standards, with a strong focus on reusable solution packages. • Protect against scope creep and non-standard customizations. • Collaborate with Solution Consultants during pre-sales and early scoping to validate feasibility. • Communicate with the COE (Center of Excellence) on technical delivery, delegate routine tasks while retaining accountability for the solution. • Work with Product to influence the roadmap and deliver innovative, scalable solutions. • Understand customer needs and propose solutions that prioritize standardized packages. • Act as the technical authority during implementation to ensure solution integrity. • Build trust with enterprise stakeholders by aligning solutions with business and IT requirements. • Promote adoption of new technologies (Generative AI, automation, advanced integrations). • Contribute to solution packaging that connects business logic with technical implementation.
