Job Requirements

You will manage pixel tracking, troubleshoot measurement issues, reconcile media invoices, and generate optimization recommendations that feed directly into campaign execution. This role works in close daily partnership with the Digital Media Campaign Specialist and is based in India. Performance Reporting & Analytics (Primary Focus) - Serve as the primary owner of digital media performance reporting, building and maintaining Tableau dashboards that provide real-time visibility into campaign performance across paid social, display, and video. - Pull and analyze campaign data from Adobe Analytics, platform-native reporting (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads), and Google Campaign Manager to generate comprehensive performance reports. - Produce regular (daily, weekly, monthly) performance reports highlighting key metrics, trends, anomalies, and actionable insights for the US-based media team and internal stakeholders. - Translate complex data sets into clear narratives and recommendations that drive campaign strategy and optimization. - Track performance against campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, view-through rate, conversion rate, revenue) and proactively surface opportunities or concerns. - Maintain and improve standardized reporting templates in Tableau to ensure consistency and efficiency across reporting cycles.
