We are seeking a data-driven Digital Media Analytics & Reporting Specialist with 5+ years of experience to own the measurement, reporting, tracking, and financial operations for Bluehost’s digital media campaigns. This role is the primary owner of performance reporting and analytics, leveraging Adobe Analytics, Tableau and media platform data to deliver actionable insights to the campaign team and US-based stakeholders. You will manage pixel tracking, troubleshoot measurement issues, reconcile media invoices, and generate optimization recommendations that feed directly into campaign execution. This role works in close daily partnership with the Digital Media Campaign Specialist and is based in India. Performance Reporting & Analytics (Primary Focus) - Serve as the primary owner of digital media performance reporting, building and maintaining Tableau dashboards that provide real-time visibility into campaign performance across paid social, display, and video. - Pull and analyze campaign data from Adobe Analytics, platform-native reporting (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads), and Google Campaign Manager to generate comprehensive performance reports. - Produce regular (daily, weekly, monthly) performance reports highlighting key metrics, trends, anomalies, and actionable insights for the US-based media team and internal stakeholders. - Translate complex data sets into clear narratives and recommendations that drive campaign strategy and optimization. - Track performance against campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, view-through rate, conversion rate, revenue) and proactively surface opportunities or concerns. - Maintain and improve standardized reporting templates in Tableau to ensure consistency and efficiency across reporting cycles. Optimization Recommendations - Analyze campaign performance data across Adobe Analytics, Tableau and inside media platforms (Google Ads, Google Campaign Manager, Meta Ads etc.) to identify optimization opportunities in targeting, creative, bidding, and budget allocation. - Provide the Digital Media Campaign Specialist with data-driven, prioritized optimization recommendations on a regular cadence. - Monitor the impact of implemented optimizations and report on outcomes, iterating recommendations based on results. - Conduct audience and conversion path analysis using Adobe Analytics to identify high-performing segments and inform future targeting strategies. Pixel Tracking & Measurement - Manage all pixel tracking requests across campaigns, including Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads conversion tracking, and any third-party tags and work with the marketing tag manager to ensure accurate placement. - Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies, tag misfires, and measurement gaps—working closely with the campaign team and internal tech/analytics teams to resolve issues promptly. - Manage ad serving and impression/click tracking through Google Campaign Manager (CM360), ensuring data integrity and accurate attribution. - Validate performance data Tableau and Adobe Analytics against platform-reported metrics to ensure consistency and flag discrepancies. Budget Reconciliation & Invoice Management - Track and reconcile all media-related invoices from platforms, agencies, and vendors against approved media plans, ensuring accuracy prior to payment processing. - Maintain a detailed record of actual media spend versus planned budgets, producing variance reports and flagging discrepancies to the US-based finance and media teams. - Collaborate with the Digital Media Campaign Specialist to align budget pacing data (from platform dashboards) with invoice actuals. - Liaise with external agencies and vendors on billing inquiries, credit adjustments, and invoice discrepancies. - Support monthly and quarterly budget close processes by ensuring all media spend data is accurately captured and reconciled. Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication - Partner closely with the Digital Media Campaign Specialist daily, serving as the analytical counterpart to drive data-informed campaign decisions. - Share performance reports, Tableau dashboards, and insights with US-based media managers and internal stakeholders on a defined reporting cadence. - Participate in regular team syncs with the US-based media team to present findings, answer questions, and align on upcoming reporting or tracking priorities. - Collaborate with internal analytics, finance, and technology teams as needed to support tracking implementation and budget reconciliation. Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed. Experience - 5+ years of experience in digital media analytics, reporting, or performance measurement. - Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (required) for campaign performance analysis and audience reporting. - Proficiency in Tableau (required) for building and maintaining interactive performance dashboards. - Experience with Google Campaign Manager (CM360) for ad serving, tracking, and reporting. - Experience managing pixel/tag tracking implementations, preferably including Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Google Ads conversion tracking. - Experience with media invoice reconciliation and budget management in a digital advertising context. Skills - Strong proficiency in Adobe Analytics—including report building, segmentation, conversion analysis, and data exports. - Advanced Tableau skills for creating dynamic dashboards, calculated fields, and executive-level visualizations. - Solid understanding of digital media KPIs and measurement methodologies across paid social, display, and video. - Familiarity with platform-native reporting tools in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads. - Experience with tag management platforms (Adobe and Google Tag Manager). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy and data integrity. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for budget tracking, invoice reconciliation, and ad hoc analysis. - Comfortable working across time zones in coordination with a US-based team. Communication - Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to translate analytical findings into clear, prioritized, and actionable recommendations for the campaign execution team. Education - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Analytics, Statistics, Communications, or a related field preferred.
